KGC (Poh Kin) handled my accident report professionally and efficiently as reference to another accident reporting workshop centre that charged me $34 for filing the accident report ( refund only if claim successful and repair thru their workshop ) The bodywork repair done by KGC was better than I was expecting and the turn around time of 2 days was comforting to me. First time servicing my honda with KGC due to good reviews read online. Workshop is pro looking. Staff recommended change of brake fluid due to leaks. However did not release the air in brake fluid and brake pedal felt soft and spongy when i was driving back. Had to waste time to drive back for mech to check and fix again. Car is for my wife to drive kids to school daily so i'm angered by such mistakes made that may have resulted in accidents as my wife my not drake well with the soft brake pedal. Very disappointed that such simple check was not done by mech or ensured by supervisor after the servicing. Maybe it's the unmotivated mech or simply revealed the poor quality check of the system. It's unfortunate because i was looking for a good workshop that i can go back to in future but not Totally Lost Trust in the workshop due to this bad experience. Maybe this workshop only pays good attention to continental cars. KGC also quite ulu without nearby eateries within walking distance. Anyone reading this has good workshops to recommend for Honda Vezel servicing in the AMK or Ubi area? Preferably with more amenities nearby the workshop while waiting ~3hrs for car?

Friendly and professional services provided by Lincoln and Raymond

Thank you Raymond and team for work. Went in as early as 8.45am over weekend and staff are there already. Got recommendation for the change and quoted the cost. Decided to go with KGC after nego on discount few days later. After the change, Raymond had helped me to reduce further cost after confirming that some parts are still intact and does not need to change out, thus saving about another near $900. Good works guys and thank you again. Can feel the car is more stable and safer.

Staff Fadzli is very knowledgeable and responsive in handling my queries. He was able to provide a prompt initial analysis as well as professional advice on the parts/services that need to be done to my car. Will recommend them to others.

Extremely pleased with Raymond's service! I had a vibration issue which many workshop couldn't solve... some say mounting, some say balancing.. with KGC's team expertise, they pointed out that it was due to a ventilation valve. Viola! And even told me the health of my brake shoes and pads is good, so maybe next servicing then check again for safety reason ... Very honest. And my car was washed and cleaned before my wife drove off.
