I had an excellent experience at Complete VMS From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Joyce that was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and patient. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain the issues in detail, and walk me through the repair options without rushing or using confusing jargon. What stood out most was her meticulous attention to detail. It's clear she took pride in her work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Had to replace my front bumper and grille due to a minor accident. Joyce at Complete VMS was extremely helpful with the incident report and advising on next steps. This was the second time I made an accident insurance reports at this workshop and it's been a breeze to get through, Joyce was very efficient and helpful.

She managed to squeeze in my repair works immediately on the same day, incl. Ordering and receiving the spare parts. Brought the car in at 9am and repairs were completed in one day, car was ready for collection at 4pm the next day. Very efficient!

Got into an accident and reached out to this workshop to handle my claim. Staff were friendly. Darren constantly updated me on my car repairs throughout the wait and they fixed my car up to a very good standard. I told Darren specifically to check on my sensors and radar and made sure they were faultless and he did multiple test drives to ensure my car was back to normal. Even aftersales was good. They provided a warranty of 1 year and Darren told me that I could come back anytime if there were any issues. Recently, my front bumper started to sag a little and Darren was quick and friendly and told me that I could come back anytime for an adjustment. Great service, highly recommended! I found out this reporting center at NTUC website because I need to file a report and claim the other party. Ms Jiaen attend me and explain to me about the process to do my claim and provide me a replacement car while my car repair at their workshop. After I come to collect my car, I notice how excellent job that they did for my car and I really appreciate with the help that that provides for me. Really thankful and appreciate ms jiaen that help me from the my car in for repair until done like a brand new! Thank you to Joyce Wong from Complete VMS Pte Ltd for handling my claims and also the services required for my car. She patiently briefed me in detailed of the process and kept me updated so that I have a peace in mind. She did went beyond her service by ensuring that that I manage to get my claims successfully despite some back and forth from the insurance. Managing a customer who just met an car accident , resolving their anxieties and worries requires experience and resources.
VMS has been displayed professionalism, with an humble attitude building trustworthy communication ,necessitates using logical, rational, and explainable techniques rather than relying on chance or keep asking customer to read prints on insurance claims.

VMS spares no efforts in building trust through patience explanation , working through the process creating the positive working relationship.

Recently, I had an accident and worked with Danny, at Sim Ming Outlet, to file the claim. Danny provided clear explanations of the processes, and the filing session lasted only about 7-10 minutes. He promptly updated me on the repair progress. When it came time to pick up the car, the process was smooth, with clear explanations of what was replaced, and it was fast. For a few days, I was in a shocked after I had an accident. My car was towed to Complete VMS because they were the approved workshop for Income. When I was informed by Income that Complete VMS took the job. I went online to check out the company. The reviews are EXCELLENT. With a lot of trust, I waited for about a week and I called the office. I was then informed that the car is ready for collection! The entire process was smooth and painless. When I went over to collect the car, Complete VMS cleaned and polished my car. Overall, I was very impressed with the service, professionalism and support as well as the workmanship. Special shoutout to Mr Darren Chiu for expediting the repair works for my car. Was informed will take 2 weeks to repair but it was ready for me to collect in just 1 week. Very happy with his service. Mr Chiu was very friendly and kind. He gave very good advice and was very patient in explaining what I ignorant. He was very honest and sincere. Got into an accident and had to send my car to them for an inspection. The staff were very helpful in reviewing my incident and handling my case for me. Did my servicing with them as well. As a female, going to workshop has never been a comfortable experience for me but the service at Complete VMS totally changed my impression. Our car met with an accident and we were recommended a few workshops by Income Motor Insurance. We went ahead with Complete VMS Pte Ltd. The damage assessment and repair were fuss-free and completed earlier than expected. We had a replacement car to use while the car was in repair, a decent and easy-to-drive car. The car was returned in good working condition after the repairs, car was included as well.
