I just collected my c10 on 2 may. Wonderful drive, spacious, pick up is smooth on eco mode. Comfort pick up is faster but planning to drive eco mode for a month first followed by comfort. Pick up is not very prompt but I totally understand due to the size of the car and eco mode .. space wise... I gotta respect leapmotor ! With android auto play etc . I'm ok since I'm not into this as I don't like to integrate phone to car. Need to take a quite while to get use to it as the car is much bigger than my MG HS. Go and try it out . The BYD M6 is the budget family entry-level 7-seater crossover by BYD modelled on the Toyota Wish or Honda Stream. Oh wow it had superb suspension, the best I have experienced, second only to the Citroen CX of the 70s and superior to even the present modern day Mercedes GLB, A, C and E classes! It's even better than the twice as expensive Avatr 07 with computerized air suspension!!! Its definitely better than X-Peng and Aion Hyptec. It's even better than modern Citroens offerings supposedly selling itself as "Comfort Package". Its at least the equal to Range Rover, Mercedes S class Beemer 7 Lexus LS450 and Audi Q7. A miracle of quiet cushy cloud-like ride, considering it is an entry budget model intended for the family, fleet, small tradesmen, commercial passenger and taxi segment, and using only traditional struts, shocks and steel springs and nothing in the way of electronic or computerized damping or fancy-pansy gas suspension. BYD Boleh. The M6 is the absolute nadir of conventional sprung suspension engineering miracle. As a driver I tended to have an extreme focus on suspension excellence. I am not impressed by the suspension comfort of even a full-size modern Merc but the M6 shocked me, I am trembling in disbelief bordering on fear now. The M6 is the First time I encounter such good suspension and it's almost like a religious experience. The last time I felt like this was when I first experienced the Citroen CX, which I owned three in succession. This level of softness should not have been possible with non-gas non-hydraulic suspension just using springs and normal shocks. And it's sooo quiet. The insulation from road noise is superior to Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, Jaguar, Aion, Avatr, etc. only those top tier limos using active noise cancellation is better. The BYD M6 sails over the highway like an Olympian god astride clouds. In comparison even the Mercedes GLB is as crude as a tractor. The M6 comfort is god-Tier. And considering it is non-gas non-hydraulic, it is a Miracle god-Tier Wonder It's a revelation to realize that, conversely, how badly made and over-priced are expensive prestige brands when compared with a humble base-model in the BYD catalog.
