Volkswagen is launching a new marketing campaign that puts the all-electric ID.4 in the limelight, quite literally.

The car is set to feature in Marvel Studio's upcoming film, Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, set for release in the U.S.A come 17 February 2023. As part of this collaboration between the studio and Volkswagen, a jointly-created custom spot has been created to kick of a global marketing campaign.

The spot features the Volkswagen ID.4 as the superhero's family car, but placed in a scenario that is so relatable to many everyday families around the globe.

An additional behind-the-scenes featurette is also set for release, designed to give viewers an inside look at the making of the movie with the placement of the Volkswagen ID.4 during production of the film. The vehicle will also be presented on the red carpet at the world premiere of the Marvel Studios film in Los Angeles.
