With more than 30 automotive brands represented, a host of exciting new car launches and exclusive offers, this year's Singapore Motor Show is taking both Levels 4 and 6 of the Suntec Convention Centre.

BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe
While it might look similar to the 1 Series from the front, it cuts a strong, coupe-like silhouette that tapers off at the rear. It will take the competition directly to the Mercedes-Benz CLA, currently the only compact four-door coupe in our market.
You'll be able to buy one soon, too, as the 2 Series Gran Coupe is expected to be available for sale in the first quarter of this year. Expect prices to start from $170,000 including COE.
Hyundai Venue
Targeted at the younger generation, the Venue features a bold and characterful design. In terms of size, it sits right below the Hyundai Kona currently available in Singapore.
It will be powered by a 1.6-litre naturally aspirated engine that's good for 121bhp and 158Nm of torque.
At the motor show, the Hyundai Venue is priced at just $85,999, including COE.
Kia Seltos
Featuring a standard 10.25-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto with features such as Wireless Smartphone Charging, the Seltos delivers on connectivity.
Other features to look out for include Kia's corporate 'tiger nose grille', as well as a full suite of LED head lights and taillights.
The Seltos is expected to be here in the second quarter of 2020, and prices will be announced at a later date.
Land Rover Defender
The off-road icon may have been reimagined for the 21st century, but it still retains its iconic boxy silhouette. Other standout features that set this car apart from others are its Alpine light windows in the roof, as well as its side-hinged rear tailgate and externally-mounted spare wheel.
As you would expect, the Defender comes with a suite of off-road technologies which will help drivers excel in all terrains. Expect the Land Rover Defender to be available here in Singapore from the second half of 2020.
Mazda CX-30
Mazda's KODO design language is clearly expressed with the CX-30, with its cleanly tapered and free-flowing lines.
Expect the same level of craftsmanship and detail you've seen in the Mazda3 Hatchback - both cars are based on the same platform.
But it will not feature a mild-hybrid system like the Mazda3. Instead, it is powered by a 2.0-litre Skyactive engine that puts out 162bhp and 213Nm of torque to the front wheels. Prices for the CX-30 at the Motor Show will start from $123,888, including COE.
MG ZS EV
Two models will be available for sale from today at the show, under its authorised distributor Eurokars.
The most notable car is the ZS EV, MG's all-electric crossover. Its electric motor pushes out a respectable 141bhp and 353Nm of torque to the front wheels. What's more, with its 44.5kWh battery, MG says it offers a New European Driving Cycle (NEDC) range of some 335km.
And the price. At $131,888, it is certainly one all-electric car that isn't all too out of reach.
Mercedes-Benz CLA Shooting Brake
The CLA Shooting Brake here is the latest addition, and it is the sleek and attractive estate you're looking for.
It shares the same, coupe-like design element like the CLA, but with added practicality in the form of a larger 505-litre boot. Need more space? Fold the rear seats down and you get a whopping 1,370 litres of boot.
In Singapore, only the CLA200 is available at the moment, in either Progressive or AMG Line trims. Prices for the CLA will start from $187,888, including COE.
Skoda Scala
And it is certainly a big leap. It offers loads of space with a 467-litre boot (the largest in its segment), and knee room that almost matches its bigger brother, the Octavia. It also comes with a digital Virtual Cockpit instrument cluster, the first in a Skoda.
The Scala is just a preview, and it is currently undergoing homologation. Expect the Scala to be available for sale in the second half of this year.
Subaru Forester e-BOXER
With 148bhp, the Forester e-BOXER promises plenty of overtaking prowess on the highway, while a low centre of gravity from the boxer engine and Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive ensure you handling prowess on the road.
Prices for the Forester e-Boxer start from $124,888.
Toyota Corolla Altis Hybrid
And, in this case, efficiency does not compromise power, with a 121bhp combined system output and a top speed of 190km/h.
The Hybrid variant also adds crucial safety systems such as Blind Spot Monitoring and Lane Departure Warning with Steering Assist - assistance features anyone will find useful when driving around town.
