Cat. A and Open Cat. COE sees slight drop in May's first round of COE bidding

Category A, for cars of engine capacities below 1600cc and for taxis, dropped by $1,601 to end the bidding tender at $62,600.


Category B, for cars of engine capacities above 1600cc, continues to see rise in premiums, ending the bidding tender at $92,050, a $1,050 increase from $91,000 in the last exercise.

Category E COEs (Open Category) saw the greatest decrease in this round of bidding, a $3,020 drop to end the bidding tender at $88,990.
