The second round of bidding for February saw Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums climbing for Cat A. Premiums for Cat B, meanwhile, continued to slip, while Cat E saw only a $2 increase.
This change could be due to the recent launch of new iterations of popular nameplates here including the Audi A3 and BMW 116 and would also explain why Cat A also saw a sizeable jump in the total number of bids received this session when compared against the last session. The total number of bids submitted for category A is nearly double the available quota for this session.
