Been a customer since passing my PDVL. From Fit Hybrid, Sienta, shuttle hybrid and now avante hybrid. Previously was managed by Samantha and now Aaron. What impress me is the condition of the car despite renting used, the car is very well maintained and clean, there is no weird smell from the interior unlike other car rental company i have engage previously. It was an excellent experience!. Straightforward no frill experience renting with them and best part is they have their own in-house workshop with a rest/work area.

Last minute need a car for weekend and manage to secure a car with CarTimes, as it is a last minute booking, I was expecting the car to be a little bit dirty and have planned to go for a carwash and vacuum straight after I collect. I have been renting cars from several rental firms for private hire purpose. To be honest, none of the conditions of the previous cars could be compare to the one from Car-Times. It is excellent taking into factor that it is a 12 years' old car more awesome for the rental. Must give a special mention to Aaron. I recently rented a car over the weekend, when I reach their office to collect the car. I was pleasantly surprised that car is ready and parked at their car collection area! The car is washed and vacuum, The documents are also all filled in beforehand, overall the collection process was smooth and fast! Car returning was also a breeze.
