Stanley responds in a timely and professional manner and was very patient in answering all the questions I had before deciding to take on the SWITCH program. Due to some unexpected family matters, I needed my car about a week earlier and Stanley tried his very best to make it happen. The car are quite new n well maintained, the salesman provides good service n are contacted at all times. Returning the vehicle was easy, I arrived at the designated drop-off point and was quickly attended to by the staff. The inspection was efficient, and I was out in less than 5 minutes. Cartimes is a very professional company. I say this because they honour their word and are very helpful. For example; my car broke down because the car battery had died. One phone call to them and within half an hour and a tow truck came with a new battery. The guy replaced it for me within 10 mins and I was able to drive off a satisfied customer. I have no second thoughts when i first rented from them. The rest is history...👌 Would really like to compliment Jerome and the team of dedicated workshop staff at ubi. ..Big fai,Small fai, Aaron, Patrick etc at ubi cartimes auto solutions....hard to explain .
