I have rented a few cars with Cartimes and what impress me is the condition of the car! They will make sure the car is washed and vacuum before delivery. I can have a piece of mind that I will not spend a few hours to wash and vacuum the car, the time save can allow me to start my grab earlier! haha. I recently had an accident, and my car needs to be repaired at the workshop. Since I urgently need a vehicle, I reached out to a few different companies. CarTimes immediately confirm with me that they have available car and is ready to collect, It was nearly the end of the day, so I informed Aaron that I could only make it after hours. I have been asking alot different company for price and car, I must say Aaron reply was the fastest! I will get a response from him almost instantly compare to other rental companies that I have texted. The whole process was not pushy and he would reply to all my queries first before we confirm on a car. Rented a car with CarTimes for PHV usage for 2 years, initial contract was only 6 months but decided to renew with them due to their good service and fast response time.
