I switched to Calvin at MSP after the dealer's repair costs became ridiculously excessive. What made me leave for good? Seven years later, I discovered that spark plugs and ignition coils the dealer had supposedly replaced were never changed at all. They'd been charging me for work they never did.

Calvin has been the complete opposite—responsive, skilled, and honest. Every job is done right, completed on schedule, and priced fairly. There's nowhere else I'd trust with my Porsche Carrera.

After trying another workshop that attempted to overcharge me significantly, I returned to Calvin without hesitation. Unfortunately, these black workshops sees a Porsche and assumes we are easy target.

I've been a loyal customer since 2019 when I first brought my 911 and my Cayenne to Calvin, and he has consistently exceeded my expectations. His unwavering honesty and integrity set him apart in an industry where trust is paramount.

Was alerted by Security that my Boxster had a coolant pipe burst and coolant was spilling all over the parking lot ! MSP was highly recommended by my close friend that they are responsive and reasonable pricing. My mind was immediately put at ease when I spoke with the team. After explaining the issue that I had, they explained how they would go about rectifying it. All additional work identified was clearly listed and priced enabling me to make an informed decision on work to be done now and those that can wait for next year. Will definitely recommend and use again for any of my servicing needs. First class service from Cavlin & his team who also give great advice on car care. I'm very sceptical with Automotive Garage and always extra cautious on charges with a series of bad experience in the past. So, when my friends told me about MSP, my defensive wall was all up and determine to prove my friends wrong.

I took my Carrera to MSP for Gearbox issues. Calvin answered all the questions I raised. He pass my 1st test.

Calvin didn't go straight for my wallet which surprised me. In fact, he had mechanic to check thoroughly for noises, harsh shifting and leaks. They did this entirely for Free for the 3 days I left the car with MSP !!

That stuck me! No workshop by far had done a thorough diagnostic for free! Thus, I'm convince they are true to their word - No hidden cost ! Though the Gearbox was costly, I believe Calvin when he showed me the pictures and videos! The workmanship is impeccable as after 1 year already, I do not have any issues at all

Fantastic service from initial contact with Calvin and booking through to providing a major service on my 987 Boxster S.

Calvin & His team identified clearly what exactly to do first to narrow down the cause so that it's within my budget constraints unlike the other garage who insisted I must overhaul at hefty $38k, with no computer diagnostic & No videos or pictures !!
Just because I'm not an Mechanical Engineer, this is ridiculous daylight robbery !

Calvin's price enabling me to make an informed decision on work to be done now and those that can wait for next month.

I had been shopping around for a good garage for my Carrera to settle Gearbox and coolant leaking.

I got a few quotes that were completely unreasonable with shameful pricing. Cutting to the chase, Calvin was recommended with high praise and justifiably so. Excellent service from the front line to the man who repaired my Carrera.

Would use them every time in future without hesitation.

There were couple of issues with my Porsche Hybrid as it's was like sometimes there's no power and sometimes it feels so slow and blowing out hot air !

I know it will be a big bill and in this hot weather, I will be roasted soon if the problem is not fix. But budget kept me delaying until I found MSP.

Calvin gave me a fair price within my budget and I appreciated he tries by all means to repair within my budget and customized a package for me so that my car is able to be moving for my family needs yet I'm able to pay. He explained everything he was going to do and kept me updated with the progress with videos and pictures.

Honest, fast, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I appreciated that he didn't try to up sell and just said exactly whats needed to be done and nothing more.

Its an overdue review, so sorry for late review but better now then never.

Quick, efficient and very knowledgeable service at MSP. I took my car in MSP without an appointment and got such great service & Got it back in 3 days for a quiet a list of stuff including oil change. I can't say much for previous garage I patronized, they were fast but their skill is such that MSP had to rectify what they did.

I'm always a bit wary of going to garages due to bad experiences but this MSP, was a really nice experience. The team there were professional, courteous and a real pleasure. Calvin was exceptional knowledge keeping me notified with videos & Pictures of the repair progression & His team was fast too. I'm impress. I finally have a piece of mind when I drop off my car even at midnight.

If your garage doesn't even gives you proof of what they change, do you think may be, you are scam ? Just my 5cents thought. For me, seeing is believing. Go to MSP, they are very transparent!!

Major shout out to Calvin/MSP! He went about and beyond for us with an emergency we had with my car. I am so grateful for he came down with his Mechanic and literally put our mind at ease and helped us every step of the way.

We took back our 2025 Macan GTS from the service centre after waiting for 3months doing nothing just to resolve sound from my Under-Carriage. And it took Calvin & His mechanic 1 day to resolve it!!

I was able to get my Macan back within a week and I enjoy every minute of my car rides now. It's super quiet and smooth and very responsive. We appreciate you so much, Calvin & Team!

Calvin and crew are super honest, always trying to troubleshoot in the simplest and cost efficient way. They also give you honest views on just about any conti cars so before you shortlist your car, do speak to them. It will be extremely valuable and once purchased keep them as your go-to garage! As they say "There are no used Porsche, just new owners" And it is people like Calvin that keep this saying accurate.

I was hesitant to take my Porsche Panamera just anywhere, and fortunately, my experience at MSP@Premier put me at ease.

They were familiar with Porsche issues and my under-carriage issues were quickly resolve including my clutch that was slipping. Calvin is totally a gem and utterly very honest.
