I changed my rims last friday on good friday and service was amazing. Staff was polite and honest

Decided to upgrade my rim. as this is the first time, here are my concerns. budget, PCD, offset of the desired design if it was going to fit. called CJ. Provided my model and my concerns were all solved. 1) Price if not the cheapest sure they are competitive. 2) Gave them my car model and the desired rim serial number, replied with 'sure fit one lah' CJT, keep up the good work!

I just visited their branch at woodlands yesterday and decided to change my whole set of rim and Tyre. Aside from great customer service from all the staff, their are not pushy at all, i also managed to get high trade in value from my old set. This is how business should be done and people will patronize your product. Excellent service and competitive price. They also entertain your phone inquiry. Good job, sorry did not managed to get their name. Thanks to you guys!

Friendly staff and the price is very reasonable as compared to others. 20-inches tyre just $220! Will recommend to my friend.

Visited their Serangoon branch & got my rims changed today. Great service & attitude coupled with competitive pricing. Considering it was my 1st visit there, the overall experience was pleasant. Will be getting my tyres from them when current set due for change. Good customer service is the way to go!

I came to know of this shop from the forums as quite a few of them have given good reviews on them. I had personally gone there looking for MOMO rims, the service i received and the prices of the rims impressed me. I was also given a very good bargain for my current rims. Sad that i have to wait for the next shipment to come in as they did not have the size that I was looking for. 2 days later, I brought a friend to look for tyres. one of the sales staff took pains in recommending good Japanese tyres which were way below cost (had checked the price of the tyres outside and it was like $60/- higher than it was quoted here. you are also given a card for identification and given free rotation and balancing of the tyres and rims every 10000 km. Now this is what i call service.

Well this shop comes highly recommended in the forum so I decided to call their Serangoon branch to check out some tyres and rims. The guy who answered the phone seems like insulting me. I am bit disappointed with their customer service and feel that this is not the way to do biz. He tried to ask me to go down and can feel that he is tired of speaking to me on the phone for about 3 mins. To me, it may be some sales tactics so let this be a caution. Or it may be the case that they dislike explaining too much over the phone.

Went to Chen Jin on a friend's recommendation. I gave them my budget for my upgrade to 17 inches rims and they were kind enough to recommend me the best solution that suite my price budget. They carry Enkei Tuning rims (the populars one) purchased in bulk to lower the cost. In the end they gave me good trade in prices for my stock rims and Kumho tyres. I went to see them near their closing time, and they were happy to change out my rims, and even patiently displayed the rims side by side to my car for to me compare which rim i wanted to change as they both look very nice. No grumble or complains that they had to do OT. Price wise, Also no worries as they will not overcharge you.

Simple shop but wonderful price & excellent after sales services! Trade in my stock rims & tyres for a new set of rims & tyres at reasonable prices! This is one shop that will not anyhow quote you a price to chop you!
