Had a great experience upgrading my rims at Chen Jin Trading. Staff, Elaine & Jacob patiently answered my numerous queries and most importantly, gave honest and cost saving technical advice for my used car. Both of them are very knowledgeable on the differing specs. Rear brakes had some issue prior to my appt. Jacob deduced the fault quickly and made the repairs swiftly before mounting the new rims. Cost overall was fair and decent compared to other places. Elaine was honest and upfront about promotions and average costs. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Great shop for 1st time used car owners. No hard selling and sincere in their approach. Great service overall and very satisfied with outcome. Happy with rims and tyre performance. Highly recommended! - Vik Nash

Lousy service & attitude problem! Told to wait 30 mins for queue. When time is up, need to wait for another 30 mins until existing job are completed. May need to wait indefinitely just to change new tyre. If I can't wait, told to come another day! If you can't cope with the demand, then don't advertise in FB to get business! - Cheah PH

Balancing was not properly done

I think they should retrain the staffs or check the machine on balancing. Changed new tires, Steering wheel started vibrating at 95km/h after one day. Stop at nearby tyre shop to check and they said the balancing was not properly done. The red dot on tyre was not align to the rim marking. Eventually the other tyre shop re balance for me and vibration stop. Of cos at extra cost. - Daniel ZlaDan Ty
