This is for woodlands branch. Went to change a set of 17" inch and continental tyres from them yesterday. The worker, (i do not know his name) is a tall guy took all time and effort (exactly 1 hour or so) to ans all my queries. KUDOS TO HIM FOR HIS PATIENCE. His effort is much appreciated by me. Uncle Ah huat is a very nice and friendly guy. Although their closing time is at 7pm, they still spare me their time to ans my queries and change rims and tyres for me (it is already like 630pm). I apologized to uncle ah huat for doing my business and thus closing at such late time at about 7.30pm. Uncle ah huat says its ok as long as their services is met and the job is done neatly and nicely. I talked to him for about 15-30mins after the job was done and found that Chen Jin is really service oriented and their priority is customer satisfaction. I would continue to lend them my support!~ Keep up the good work chen jin!~

This is for the Serangoon branch. Adeline and Weng were very friendly... It seems they understand what it means to be trustworthy in doing business and people will go back. Told her i was on a tight budget and they managed to offer me an almost-as-good-as-new set of 2nd hand Yokohama ES501 for a real bargain price, so i was well within my budget and still got made-in-Japan tires. Very happy. Plus she even threw in 2 free tyre rotations.

Just changed a set of 2nd hand 18" rim+tyres on Monday at Serangoon branch, with a reasonable price. Most impt, very satisfy with their friendly approach, espeically from Adelene. Keep it up.

Changed my tyres to Toyo Proxes C1S at Chen Jin Trading at Woodlands today. They were patient with my email queries and I called them yesterday for my specific size, they ordered for me and they got by evening yesterday. Great service, reasonable price and friendly service. They give you a card for free tyre rotation life-time of the tyre. Overall great experience!

Just got my 4 tyres replaced at CJ Serangoon branch today. The staff, Weng, who did the replacement and balancing was fast. Everything was over in 30 minutes! The price was reasonable and probably lower than a few places that I went to enquires. A lady staff, Adeline, was friendly and jovial throughout the entire process. Keep up the efficiency CJ!

I just want to share with all my pleasant experience with CJT. I made a rim enquiry (uncommon PCD)for my ride to all the recommended merchants via email on Sept 7 and CJT responded. And since then, 24 emails were sent back and forth where I sought their advise and suggestions. I was indeed very impressed by their patience and responsiveness to my every query considering that I am neither a return customer nor have yet to use their products or services. Also, I noticed that their prices are amongst the most competitive in the market.

Headed to Woodlands branch last weekend to change my pretty worn out 17" tyres. Got a good deal for Bridgestone Turanza GR-90 and Enkei T-fork rims (with free rotation every 10k) with trade-in of existing stock rims. Yongsheng, his sis and mechanic were sincere & accommodating, giving me decent recommendations and were patient to explain why they didn't stock all the rim / tyre models. Overall, service was decent and it was a good experience for me. Remember to bring cash as there is a service charge for credit card payment (meaning you won't get the best deal). There is a POSB atm @ the next building but it was unable to dispense cash when I was there so I had to drive to Woodlands Hub nearby.

Went to serangoon branch today to buy rims. Very nice and friendly lady boss. Even tried to save money for me. Good recommendations. Reasonable price also...

Just went last evening to purchase set of 2nd hand p1 buddy rims. Served by pretty lady but that's not the main point cause there's good service (ended reaching at 7pm cause of jam & they still served me though they suppose to close at 7) & also reasonable pricing for 2nd hand or new rims. Was tempted by new enkei rims but limited budget. will return again or recommend people to patronise this store.

Went to the woodland branch today. Extremely friendly and casual young lady boss entertained me, even offer to install a rim to let me see the effect although I have no intention of buying. Of course, no other customer was around but the business ethic is alright in my book, left a very good impression on me. Keep up the good work!

Recently, went to CJ woodlands branch to change 4 new tyres. picked bridgestone RE001 for my ride. Good bargain and value for money! good service too. i like unlimited wheel balancing every 10,000km.

I upgraded my 15" stock rims to 17" rims last wed. The price is good at 380sgd after trade-in including used Hankook evo rubber with 60% thread left. Good deal!
