Very friendly dai lou, he will explain everything to you until you understand. Anything not sure just ask him! He is more than willing to help. Dai lou will give you options too if you are on a budget and also tell you what are the pros and cons. I definitely recommend and never regretted engaging Kaizen Motors.

Shawn is very detailed and ernest in making sure the vehicle is safe and the driver knowing key aspects of the car. He is very transparent in explaining potential points of failure, and is non pushy in sales. Even took extra time to explain how car parts work which definitely make me appreciate his knowledge and expertise even more. Will definitely go back to Kaizen again for future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommended!

I believe everyone had their fair share of bad experience when comes to maintenance of your car.
Was introduced to KAIZEN MOTORS by a friend in 2018 and have done 2 minor(10K) and 1 major servicing (120K) in early August.
The owner is very professional in his advice and he would carefully addressed your concerns. Very genuine guy.
In my recent major servicing, he was constantly updating the progress via WhatsApp with photos and explanation on what happen to the various parts and seek for approval prior to changing the parts. This is comforting to know what was done to my car and communication with the workshop was very clear. Under no circumstance, I had any worries of poor workmanship or a crazy bill at the end of the day. Keep up the good work!
