1st time visit to Kaizen Motors, very nice waiting area and boss a very humble and knowledge guy and will share fact and true about his product. 33 point check and will let u know things need to take note and change. Go try it out and see for yourself. Thumbs up. - Alex Lim

Highly Recommended. Been visiting Kaizen a couple of times, the service and quality is above expectations here. After getting quotations for a repair job from multiple workshops, Kaizen still gave the best offer. They also practice loyalty credit rewards which you can use. - Iskander Habi

Shawn is really helpful. Giving advice on necessary repair and which area I can save cost on. First time there to swop exhaust and Shawn automatically checked my car for any wear and tear for a 12 year old car to prevent further damage. Second time there to replace some belts and bearing and also regular maintenance. Not only the screaming sound is gone but my car feels lighter too with the motul 300v oil! The mechanics there are very experienced, went the extra mile to provide me with alot of knowledge in regards of my car and spare parts. Pricing is reasonable and downtime of vehicle was within 1day to collect (but I guess it also depends on what are the repair works) Best thing is that he quoted me the day I went to visit him, next day during collection he told me that supplier gave him a better price for 1 of the spare part and he deducted that for me on my final sum, this action really sums up the integrity and honesty of the workshop! Chanced upon Shawn's workshop when I was looking for an alternative servicing for my car. Send in request to book for a slot, was quick in replying.

Was greeted by a young chap whom was Shawn, explained and recommended which package is better suited for my car. He will explained in great length why the package is suited for me and some other technical stuffs about my car.

Clean and organised workshop, is important to me as that's the first thing i look out for in a workshop.

He will follow up with you after your servicing which it was a nice personal touch.

Shawn, Please keep up the good job.. U earn another satisfied and will return for service customer.

I have sent my car for general servicing on New Year Eve and even though I have not made any prior appointment, Kaizen Motor is able to take in my car and the boss was very patient and explained to me clearly the different type of packages available for my car. The whole servicing takes less than 2 hours and after the servicing is completed, the boss has explained to me what components was changed for my car. Really appreciate that I am able to service my car before the new year.

Definitely a 5 stars ... a chap with his promising words.. Initially was unsure whether to believe or not to believe cos when my car broke down with the cooling coil not working..i ask few shops by phone calls and carousellers for quotes and included his shop...finally i decided to drive to kaki bukit autobay workshop and had my cooling coil fixed...at the end of the day I received anonymous msg from and unknown number which I didn't save on my phone...surprisingly it was the same person which i ask for the quotes...it was Shawn from Kaizen Motors...he was so sorry abt the late replied and in fact he gave me a free servicing...i was really unsure abt this but i just give a try to come down to his workshop...Believes it or not it is really true abt his words on giving me the free servicing...Well this is my first time experienced with the situation...Bro Shawn i will definitely recommends my friends and colleagues to your workshops.. Two Thumbs Up for u bro Appreciated for the free car servicing Tyvm - Abi JP

Being a first time car owner who is clueless about cars. Shawn had taken his time to explain every single issue i've raised, filling me with more knowledge about cars. Most impt is that he doesn't recommend the priciest stuff in his workshop, instead, he would recommend what's suitable.
