I recently leased a BYD from Sime Darby and Hertz team. It was a great experience overall from enquiry to actual delivery. Francis, Sales executive did a great job in responding to the queries and ensuring a smooth process. He was available pretty much 24/7 to respond to queries. I sent a enquiry late night one day and got an immediate response with all details, was quite impressed. And then my decision was made by next day noon time. Highly recommended.
