Xavier is very experienced in all matters related to leasing. It was our first rodeo to lease an Atto 3 instead of buying due to the heavy capital upfront. I had many questions about it and Xavier was able to answer all the questions immediately. For requests that he wasn't sure about, he would say that he will follow up and follow up he will. Able to always give me a solution or alternative. On the day of our collection, our car plate had not been ordered but we were in a rush. Xavier told me that he will get a replacement car for us if we cannot wait. However I told him, there was still time. He got to it and rushed the team and we only needed to wait for 10 minutes. Very impressed with the professionalism shown to me and also the speed of his replies. Definitely was one of the important reasons I decided to lease from them. Thanks Xavier! - Ryan
