Excellent service! I think the most important thing they do here, which is difficult or just not done at other shops, is the thorough diagnostic of the vehicle. They send you a text, with a link showing each item inspected and where each item needs attention (with photos). I've spent hours and hours over the years trying to pinpoint problems on different vehicles with mechanics, and there's nothing more frustrating than fixing something and then that "fix" not being the problem. They figure it out here. This place doesn't try to sell you unnecessary repairs. They show you where the problem is, explain how minor or severe it is...then you decide if you want it fixed or not. They'll also explain what problems can arise by not fixing/maintaining certain items as well. I'd tell anyone to bring their vehicle here. They are courteous and will treat you right. The word is getting around about this place, and I've noticed they are getting busier by the day. Just be patient with them (it's not a fast food place) and let them do a diagnostic of your vehicle. My wife and I would not go anywhere else but Brocade Auto (Previously known as 9 Degree ) in the West of Singapore . Tommy and his team are the best, and we have been going to them with all of our cars for the past 6 years from Audi to now our BMW . His honesty, and reliability, and kindness are phenomenal!! His staff and technicians are top notch, and completely truthful in all respects!! Went to this workshop today to fix my Vellfire aircon issues, got it done in less than 10 mins and totally free of charge, amazing honestly and explained it common problem for Toyota and easy fix. Super thanks, will surely recommend to friends....

Have had my Mercedes twice at this workshop and both times have been spot on , very honest and straight forward, they don't try to lose people like me who knows nothing about cars !! Just tell the truth , always a cup of coffee and great service from Tommy and the team there , would recommend to all , try it out as the old saying goes , "You pay for what you get" !!

Appreciate that my car air con issue have been solved by the team after recommended by my workshop . After found my car like have some issue , go back to my own workshop and they told me is ECU issue and must replace it . After replace the ECU all is look ok but the air con system wouldn't function properly . About 5 days at my workshop , recommended to sent down this workshop. They only take no over then 3 hours to solved it . Thanks Tommy and his team very helpful and good service given . Highly recommended and will return for any car issue in future .
