I went to fix up my front Helix speakers plus tweeters with Autoimage on 28/04/10. Found them through SG carmart. Spoke to Ted about my problem & he gave me a solution. Very patient guy. No force sell to add amp or anything else. Just straight to the point fix problem. Very happy with service. They close at 6pm & I came in at 5.20pm, talked & after deciding, Ted still say he will do it & the entire team stayed till 7pm to finish up my ride. 2 thumbs up! Just that price is slightly higher than some other shops.

I recently upgraded my HU at AutoImage. Excellent service and workmanship! Both Ted and Simon are among the most friendly and knowledgeable people around the ICE industry. Totally satisfied with the service and workmanship.

Actually.I dont know about this shop at all but I was in Sin Ming to fix something for my car. Saw this shop and decided to drive in for a quick look as well as for recommendations on speakers. I have a small budget to replace my stock speakers which are awful. They recommended a system based on my budget but are patient and explained to me to top up a bit more to get a set which gives much better performance. Installation was great and meticulous. Result was impressive and the minor top up was money well spent. Much better than I expected. 5 stars!

I am writing this review without any prejudice whatsoever. I went to Auto image one Sunday morning to get an opinion about my stock ICE. I am driving the new M6, not the beemer, although wish it was, but the Mazda version. Excellent car by the way. I was discussing with one of Ted's boys when Ted entered. I went about asking questions and he calmly and very professionally answered my queries. I was actually quiet happy with my stock ICE. But Ted told me he would show me the stock speakers and then I can make a decision. Looking at my stock I was convinced that they should be changed. He then went onto explain the different characters of the components available. Must say he opened up a whole new world to me. To date have done all my ICE installation with him and his boys. Very professional, excellent service, no hard selling and above all, he is very patient and explains all the different stuff, which is a lot and can easily confuse newbies. I would recommend Autoimage anytime! Thank you guys, excellent job. I have been poisoned.

I am a newbie in ICE knowing nothing and have been reading lots of forums and starting to get lost and confused. I have even been to several installers even before I went to Auto Image. But still, the choices offered are so vast and different with each installer that I visited. Since I have been to so many audio houses and not Auto Image, I decided to drop by for an opinion too. After listening to up set-up, Ted patiently drew up 2 options (diagrams) and spent the next 15-30 mins explaining to me on what I can do and what is the pros and cons of using different brands. Please note that I have not even committed on spending any money with them yet and Ted still took the time and effort to provide professional and fantastic service and advice. I went back, thought about it and went back to Ted days later and up-graded my ICE. Ted and his team were fantastic. With half a day left and the amount of work to be done on my car like soundproof, wiring, installation, tuning etc. They still manage to complete it and not compromising standards. I am a happy customer of Autoimage. To sum it up, for those that are lost after and need opinions with no commitments, Ted is the man. They are definitely skillful, honest, trustworthy, and most importantly, provides excellent service and will give you what you need. You have to go down and experience it for yourself. As there are quite a few good comments about their goods and services, I decided to try them out personally. My experience with Auto Image has left me a very lasting experience with them. Staff, Vincent heng simon and the boss Ted especially. Very friendly guys who knows what they're doing. You burn a big hole in your pocket for sound system but end of the day u must be happy spending that kind of money. I felt that happiness. I went in knowing nothing, but i came out truly and shall i saw aurally inspired. Fantastic! Not only did he offers a good price for my Suzuki swift. I was only looking for a 10 inch but was offered a 12 instead and they still managed to stick to my budget. Ted's the man to look for. They did such a meticulous job that nothing rattled even when i cranked up the volume! All the cables were tucked neatly and even did a covering for my Amplifier so that people in the back seat will not 'thread' on it. He truly went to great lengths to clarify my doubts about how a basic sound system works unlike some other place that i went to who quoted me a crazy amount for a 8 inch under the seat sub with alpine speakers, when asked for any other brands they just brushed me aside and insisted their way. When it was all done I was really amazed by the power and quality of sound that came out of those speakers and after they ran in, they sounded even better! A place that you'll not look back to your factory speakers again. My thanks to you ted!

Done 4 doors sound proofing from them. The quality and the workmanship of them is excellent. And Ted find out all the messy installation from previous ICE shop. He help to touch up and re-adjust to proper way. Thanks Ted!!!. The most important is that Ted is super friendly guy.

For those who are into ICE, you may want to give Ted a call at Autoimage. Not to be afraid of asking for a quotation because he will only quotes customers base on the essential requirements. Anything more than that is up to the customer's budget. Having said that, he will not hesitate to offer advises on some of the areas you would like to consider for a better result. His staff, Simon who is the 'Head & Arms'(supervisor), has years of experiences in offering solutions & will not disappoint you in trouble shooting any technical issue. Vincent, the technician, craft each installation with care & precision. Painstaking it may takes even for an entire days of 8 hours, you can be assured that there is no short-cut application in any area. Last but not least, patient & neat during the entire process leave customers worry free.

My experience with Autoimage was an excellent one. I was looking to soundproof my car & so did some research over at MCF & SgCarMart. When I contacted them, Ted was the one who answered my call, & encouraged me to go down to the shop to see first-hand the work that they do. I did just that, as I want to be sure on the material they use (for soundproofing) & their quality of work. Ted asked me on my expectation, & the reason for wanting to do the soundproofing. He was patient & professional in hearing me out & giving advice on what would be the optimum way to carry out the soundproofing. At no time did he try to hard-sell his services & products. I was eventually impressed & confident enough to decide to let them do the job. I left my car with them for 6 hours the next day, as they needed the time to carry out soundproofing work on my car's floorpan, firewall, boot area & 4 wheel arches. When I came to pick up the car, Ted was there checking on the outcome of the work. He explained to me that he was not satisfied with the work done, & had asked his staff to beef up on certain areas. When he was satisfied, he asked me to drive the car & give my assessment on the result. I'm happy to report that I was very satisfied with the work done. To me, it was money well spent as the result has met my expectation. In summary, I do give Autoimage 5 stars for outstanding service & quality of work. They are friendly, patient & justifiably proud of their work. HIghly recommended.

Went to Autoimage with many questions and doubts and to my surprise, the owner - Ted was very patient and friendly to answer all my questions and recommended professionally the audio equipments that fulfill my needs. Have been to many workshops but I prefer Autoimage Enterprise best. To Ted and his team - Good Work!

Fix my reverse camera system there and their workmanship are good. Ted the Boss is a nice and helpful guy.
