Fixed my sis's ride at Ted's and was totally satisfied and pleasantly pleased with how patient and accomodating he was in explaining to every single bits. Price was very reasonable and workmanship was awesome.

Finally had my AVH-1450DVD installed today at Autoimage after searching thru SGCarstore for so long and saw so many good reviews from previous satisfied customers.

Once walked in and was greeted by Ted but I had no idea he was the boss. Very good customer service and expert knowledge on ICE systems really. Even his staffs were great in their installation skills and did everything perfectly, right down to sitting down and teaching you patiently on how to use the system.

Even helped me vacuum my carpet after they cut some wires and insulation tapes while installing the wires and cables.

Really had a great installation experience at Autoimage...So i am another satisfied customer today.

Had my ICE setup with Ted yesterday afternoon. Although they close at 3 but all of them stayed back to get my setup done. Ted even bought me a packet of tea while waiting. After everything was done, they even vacuum my carpets. Good service here. Might visit him again maybe to upgrade my pre amp. The pre amp i got from him i think was a basic pre amp with not much things to adjust. Never regret getting their service.

Went to rewire my amp and fix up the Helix speakers. Their service is amazing. Ted listened to my original system and we both agreed the tuning by previous installer was really bad. Even the 2 Din face plate for my Subaru Legacy looked horrible. But Ted customized the face plate for me and it was really nice. Simon helped to ensure that the installation was neat and proper. Once hooked up, the sound for my system was real good. Even better than my original McIntosh setup. Recommend them as honest, valuable and helpful ICE specialist.

Decided to change my car player to a touch screen one. Scouted around and the systems quoted were more than 1k. Searched sgcarmart and selected sort by Ratings. Autoimage was right on top. Emailed them asking for a quote and got reply a day later from Ted. The price quoted was below 1k and they have the service of changing my 1din Lancer GLX car player to 2din and below 1k. Went down and Ted was very helpful. No hard selling like others I have been to before. After changing the deck and getting some led lights at the front of my car, he recommended polishing my car dashboard (Lancer dashboard is rubber and will peel). The results look great after. He saw my GPS mount was making my car dashboard cluttered and recommended a custom mount. The results after my trip yesterday was worth it. I have been quoted higher or hard sold products for past 3 years by many car shops. This is the first one I went that didn't do any of that. Will go back to upgrade my ICE. Highly recommended merchant.

Intended to change headunit. sourced around other places but got irritated by their push to sell tactics. Until a friend recommended Autoimage. I swear that the service provided was top notch. Didnt look down upon my low budget. Recommended me a great setup with just a change of speakers and headunit. Installation took 3 hours and i am satisfied with the outcome. Simon tuned for me to my likings and they even offered to fill in and keep for us the warranty for the products so it wont be lost. great after service and highly highly recommended to everyone!! Will definitely patronize the shop again in the future for I.C.E upgrades!

I think the price was very competitive on the model I want after comparing online and decided to make a trip to Sin Ming. Changed my ICE and was glad that I came over Autoimage. Simon was experienced and answered some of my queries and assisted me in confirming the model I want. Was also glad that I spoke to Ted, a very genuine person and assisted me to change my LED bulbs by himself. Thumbs up! 520 civic

I very recently went there to have my rear stock speakers replaced, and was overall very pleased with the level of service and results that I got from the team. For the amount of work that was done just to replace the speakers, I would say that it was great value for money. Simon went the extra length to have my entire sound system recalibrated so that it would sound balanced. Am very pleased with the service. Most importantly of all, I did not at any point in time feel that I was being pushed or conned into buying any product that I didn't need. Will definitely go back there for all my future ICE needs.

My side mirror was unable to fold and decided to send to the car agent for repair. Upon hearing that I have soundproofing done to the doors, the car agent could not guarantee that they will be able to reinstate the soundproofing. I gave Ted a call and without hesitation, asked me to get the parts from the agent and he will get it fix for me. True enough, Simon helped to replace the faulty part for me, though in the process we ran into some difficulties. I truly understand as this type of work is not their core business. Eventually, we figured out and managed to get it done. Although it had been 2 years since I visited them to change the speakers and soundproofing on the doors, they are still willing to help and I really appreciate it. I will definitely go back to them in future.

Previously changed my HU with them. As I was in the area, I dropped by to get my antenna changed, since the rubber was breaking. Ted took a look at it and straightaway advised me that changing to an aftermarket antenna would result in poorer reception. In the end, Ted sprayed the antenna black and put it back, FOC. Since I was already there, decided to change the speakers as well. Ted took some time to explain the characteristics of each speaker, and how sound proofing works. In the end, settled for a Helix set. Installation went well, and after it was done, Ted took a listen, and instructed his staff to make some adjustments. I drove off, but realized that there was some interference coming from the front right tweeter. Ted took another listen, and made adjustments immediately. Problem solved. Great products, Excellent customer service. Keep it up guys.

Went to fix up my car audio for my 2 year old CRV 2 weeks ago The shop recommended the speakers and audio head unit with sound proofing. All done in 1 day . Very satisfied with the overall service . They waited for me till 8pm after my work to collect the car and went through patiently with me on the functions etc . Has recommended my friend to fix his audio there too.

I had the sound proofing done at AutoImage last week. I was a bit skeptical as my under carriage spray does not help much on the sound proofing vs the agent advertised. Before I choose AutoImage I had consulted with other two service vendors. In comparison I found those service vendors could not provide professional advise. what they could offer you is you-want-it-and-we-install-for-you. Ted @ AutoImage gave me a much detailed advise based on my car's condition. They even test drove my car and advised what should be done and what should not be done. Price is quite reasonable and I feel comfortable with the result.

Dropped by Autoimage to upgrade better set of components and amplifier. Being a fussy and perfectionist customer it took me several rounds to the shop to make me really satisfied. Ted was really helpful, he went thru my collection of CDs and categorized my style of listening. He chose a really matching amplifier to boost up my components, then patiently fine tune to perfection. Great experience will definitely visit em again...
