Wow.. Rarely see such service in $$$ hungry world. Walked in and was attended by 2 gentlemen. Explained features to me over 15 minutes. Told me pros n cons of many units. I was only there to change HU. Most shops would have seen me as small fry, but not here. One gentleman gave me his mobile to call for any issues. Later in the day I had some confusion over some settings. Called the mobile n resolved in 3 mins. Great experience n highly recommended for ICE.

I walked into the shop and was promptly attended by Ted. After patiently speaking to me about my budget and music preference, he knew what I wanted. He even advised me not to spend money on additional amp and sub, as his recommended set up will surprise me. The installation took 3 hours plus and the staffs are very competent and skillful. No cutting corners. After some simple tuning by Ted.......Wow! Amazing. Setup: Pioneer DVD head unit Roof mount LCD monitor Helix 2 way component speakers Helix co-axial speakers Twin layers of soundproof on 4 doors The result- I'm not new to ICE. I could have sworn there's an amp n subwoofer in my car when I first heard it. The proper matching of equipments has resulted in a crisp clean sound from the bass to the highs. No regrets. Ted's style is easy going and will make his recommendation based on your budget. They are not pushy. I am one happy customer.

Went to this recommended audio shop to install ICE. One word .."Excellent". No hard selling, attentive listening to your needs, no compromise in suggesting a quality sound system package based on your budget, detailed & easy to understand audio "lingo" esp. for newbies. Technicians well-trained in installation. No fuss. Highly recommended.

Just got my 08'Stream a wk ago, was looking at replacing the stock HU & Speakers + Roof Monitor. I'm not a v.huge sound enthusiast but minimally required a decent sound sys for my road trips up north. came across Autoimage Enterprise thru SgCarMArt , saw the reviews and called them for a consultation. Not only was i not dissappointed but was also enlighted by Ted who walked me thru a Basic ICE system. He not only worked within my budget but also catered to my requirements. Did my research online before i made an appt last wkend. I got a Pioneer HU , 2 pair of Helix Component Speakers & a 9' Roof Monitor. The Helix speakers Blew me off when Ted intro me to my new system. No Amps & Woofers yet the output was Awesome! My boy loves the Roof monitor and i love my new ICE. Was worth every $ spent on my Stream. Thanks Ted & Simon for your patience & professional service. Highly recommended!! Cheers!

Excellent service. I initially called Autoimage to find out if they stocked a certain HU I was interested in, having read about it online. Only Simon (among the few shops I called) took the time to explain over the phone that he could not recommend that unit, and said that I should come down to the shop and view the units myself before making a decision. When I went down, he patiently explained and recommended various models that suited my requirements and budget. At no point did I feel he was trying to push me into a buying a unit that I didn't want, or recommending items that were pointless and expensive. I ended up buying a HU and pair of speakers that sound much better than my old ones, and all still within my budget. Simon even took the time to explain each and every setting within the HU! The installation was quick and, at least to my untrained eye, professionally done. Simon is extremely knowledgeable, yet comes across as very humble. I would highly recommend this merchant to others.

Spoken to Simon today seeking some advise on MMI suitable for my Audi A4. I would like to compliment him on his technical knowhow and share with me all the pro and cons of changing my existing set. Although i have not made up my mind of changing, i would like to thank him of his honest feedback so that i could make an informed decision later. Thank you very much.

Installed a antenna booster and a headrest monitor for my Honda freed. Explain to us very clearly. Check properly too. Wont felt offended even my kids roamed around disturbing

I went to several different stores listed on this forum to get quotes on a new HU. I explained I needed iphone integration as most important. these guys had the most organised workshop, best range and demo models ready to show. they were busy on sat but I called in the morning as I could not get time off work during the week and they worked back late on a sat evening after their closing time to finish the job. they even took time to explain every menu function on the unit and did a quick setup! Their prices was also most competitive too.

Went down to Autoimage after reading the reviews. Explained to Simon that the rear speaker wasn't working, and he started to find out the problem, rather than immediately recommend to change the speakers. Eventually determined that HU was faulty, so got it changed to a Pioneer. After installation was done, Simon took a listen to the HU and asked for some corrections to be made. Ted then took the time to explain all the functions of the HU, and even settled the parking. All in all good service, no hard sell. Will be back to change stock speakers.

Went to Autoimage to change my stock HU to a double din dvd player and was served by Simon on arrival. Simon took time to explain about the different models available from basic to a high end one. He was neither pushy or impatience at all even though in the end I chose the basic model, now this is what I call good customer service. Ted also honoured his words and given a good bargain for the HU and rear camera bundle. Ted and Simon also provided me advice to change my front speakers next time round when I have the budget to do so. Installation was done in a comfortable air con environment and the workmanship of his staff is good. Will surely recommend friends to visit. Keep up the good work, Ted and co.

Install my HU, soundproofing n speakers at here. Good job. Thanks to Ted for the demo my new HU slowly. N thanks Simon for the nice tuning set up for my car audio. They really provide the best service to their customers need n their work is really good n fast. Will come back soon for my 2nd tuning n amp install.

I am never an I.C.E. enthusiastic... Recently get my car installed with one just out of good gesture to support a young man. End up 3 words to dirty, lousy.. but still make full payment. Cant stand any further with the "heesing" sound.. So start to search around the website and happen to read the review about Auto Image, thus decided to give a try. Met Ted and told him the problems. He is good : 1. He explained and quoted what is required to rectify the problem. 2.He is not interested in what people had done, but tell you what he will do. 3. Very gentleman way of business man; no further condemn and damage to previous installer. 4. No hard sell or propose any upgrade, or replacement of equipment othe than necessary. 5. Clean up the whole interior stain and marks left behind by previous installer 6. Even offer free after sale service despite not original installer. Job well done !! I was down at auto image this afternoon just thinking to install a couple of ambient lights in the car. I ended up doing more than just installing the lights and also upgraded the factory speakers in the car. I did that namely because Ted and his team listened to my requirement attentively and give me a lot of good advices just on the lights. Imagine which other shop will do that for a business of less than $100/= including installations as well. Yes I will recommend them to my friends and the clubs. A job well done Ted!

Went to AutoImage to purchase a resale Pioneer HU. Drove off without realising that the remote control wasn't provided. Called Ted and he arranged for a replacement remote control from another set. (The original seller didn't provide a remote control when he de-kit). Thanks for going the extra mile.

Had just installed my Pioneer DVD unit and rear view camera with them after we went to visit a few shops. Although their camera was $30 more than that of Ace 1, Choose them for their service & attentiveness. Simon sold us the unit and Ted conducted a very detailed demo. I think what impressed me most was their sincerity to really want to provide the best service to their customers. Will definitely come back to upgrade the speakers soon.
