Had a water ingress issue, turned out to be the rubber strip below the windows were worn-out. As the car is going to scrap soon, Ryan advised me on how much it'd cost (since he only uses genuine parts) and straight-up gave me his honest opinion that it's not worth to replace them. He showed me exactly where the worn-out rubber strip is located and sprayed water to demo how it caused the ingress. Wanted to pay him for the effort in diagnosing but he declined and instead wished me good health before sending me off on my way. So now I've DIY replaced the rubber strips with a generic one found online. Took awhile to clean up the old worn-out rubber and residue and stick the new rubber strips but the issue is finally fixed. Wouldn't have come to this conclusion myself this soon were it not for him pointing me in the right direction. Definitely coming back here for my next servicing :) - Barry Loong

Amazing experience. Transparency is key when it comes to car maintenance, you need to know what you pay for. Ryan and his team were also helpful in sharing their industrial experience about cars, engines in general and provide you information to decide whether your car's problem is worth fixing. Went to service my car, they offered a comprehensive check on all the essentials of the car (suspension, drive shaft, brakes etc) and it's honestly the first time I've seen a maintenance company offering such detailed checks on complimentary basis. They also picked up some issues my car has and advised me based on their expert opinion not to fix these issues - based on its impact vs how long the problem can sustain. This is transparency and they are not there to earn your money through making false and dishonest recommendations! Overall great experience and you should just give them a try. I texted them to arrange for an aircon service. My VW Golf Mk 7.5 had started to hiss from the aircon vents, and the vents were blowing out warm air. Ryan helped me to arrange for a mechanic to diagnose the issue on the same day. Even though I ended up using the VW warranty to fix the component, he helped me to top up the refrigerant free of charge to keep the car cold in the meantime while I arranged for an appt with VW. I will surely recommend this workshop for its customer service and attitude.

Car was out of warranty so went to them for a recurring air con not cold issue. They checked and determined that the condenser was leaking. Replacement done in 24hrs. Showed me a pic of the condenser coils and was shocked the Honda techs at KM didnt pick it up few months back when they changed the cooling coil. Ryan was professional and gave good advice. I brought my VW Golf Mk7.5 in for an aircon service, the car climate control has exhibiting hissing noises, and the air coming out of the vents was intermittently hot and cold. Ryan was very friendly and helpful, helping me to arrange for a mechanic to diagnose the issue, and even topping up the refrigerant for me free of charge, to tide me over while I contacted VW to check if the part was still under warranty. Great service provided by them. The person in charge is very friendly to explain the package. First time here to do regular maintenance servicing. It was a quick service, it was done within 30 minutes to change oil. I called earlier prior to make appointment. I will come again next time to do my regular maintenance service. I stayed at the lounge during the service. There are coffee, tea, and drink provided there along with biscuit and candies. There is air purifier for the room as well. Free wifi inside - I didn't use the wifi though. There is a charger on the desk as well in case the phone need to be recharged. The place has 1 hours grace period. It was done within grace period and it was a free parking in my case. - William Lou

Ryan and his team are very professional in their work. Did my regular car servicing, mounting, change of spark plug and repair oil leakage problems of my car. One best thing i like about them is how transparent they conduct their business. They would show me the parts that were being repaired or exchanged, and explain to me what they have done with it and why was it necessary and important to repair them. In addition, i told them that there are some buzzing sound coming from my dashboard, they spent 1 hr trouble shooting my car and found out that is due to internal wiring of my in car android set , they went ahead to sort the wiring for me and charge it at no cost! Appreciate the kind gesture of Ryan and the team. All in all, not your typical workshop just to all out earn your money. My Lexus is250 reverse gear not functioning properly. Is dangerous to drive when your transmission is not working properly if sudden jerk will bang another object or someone.
