I send my ROLLS ROYCE GHOST for 100000,km service on 11/11/2020. This is the first time I send my car for SERVICING other THAN ROLLS ROYCE AGENT. Made an appointment for a Wash and Wax Package with the Ubi outlet for the upcoming CNY. The appointment was made in mid January but on 24 January, just 5 days before my appointment, Quick Lane informed me that the Package was unavailable before the CNY. I find it amusing that as at 24 January, Quick Lane is still offering this Package on their website without informing customers about the unavailability of the Package at Ubi. As part of the Sime Darby conglomerate, I expect customer service at Quick Lane to be better. Doubt I would ever use the services of Quick Land again.
