The staff at Quick lane service were very helpful and helped direct me to the right counter as well as registration for car servicing. I send my ROLLS ROYCE GHOST for 100000,km service on 11/11/2020. This is the first time I send my car for SERVICING other THAN ROLLS ROYCE AGENT. I want to try Quick LANE is recommended by one of my good friend who send his MB for service and is highly recommended it. ANTHONY from Quick LANE give me a very professional recommendation and keep me inform the PROGRESS of work. After I collected my car I really happy because with much less price than the agent and the car run very smoothly, quietly after jobs done. Made an appointment for a Wash and Wax Package with the Ubi outlet for the upcoming CNY. The appointment was made in mid January but on 24 January, just 5 days before my appointment, Quick Lane informed me that the Package was unavailable before the CNY. I find it amusing that as at 24 January, Quick Lane is still offering this Package on their website without informing customers about the unavailability of the Package at Ubi. As part of the Sime Darby conglomerate, I expect customer service at Quick Lane to be better. Doubt I would ever use the services of Quick Land again.
