He is a proactive in his Sales. He also provides information to help his customer understands with ease in the offered package. He clearly explained the pros and cons of this package compare with other packages. I think he understands connecting on a human level with his customers. He was very thorough and gave me knowledge about the types of packages that are available. I decided on GLB200 and he assured me that the car will be ready by December 10, which was my partner's birthday. His after-sale service was excellent. Today I encountered an issue with my car tyre and contacted him for assistance. He directed me to a service centre at Kaki Bukit. Upon reaching, I was surprised to see him there waiting for me, even though it was his off day.
