I drove a Suzuki Every so before I went to Garage R, I am abit overwhelm by the size and the clientele that they serve. But however, after my engine oil servicing. I am very satisfied and confident that I will pay them a visit again.

I went down because I previously have used another Japanese engine oil and I am very happy with the engine oil. So I decided to give HKS a try since the price is about the same. At the same time, I am very happy with the engine oil too. It is smooth and responsive.

I was attended by Jason, and he collect my info and he is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Recommending me the correct viscosity of the oil that my van should use. After the servicing, they spotted that my crank seal have some leakage. So they recommend me to find the seal and get it done to prevent engine oil sipping out. The workshop is very clean. They must have did cleaning everyday to maintain that level of cleanness.

I will recommend this workshop to everyone here. They sure know what they are doing. Post Management Response

Bought a pre-owned car from Garage R recently. First of all, the car is good as advertised, if not better. Sure, there are always a few issues that will come up when it comes to used cars. And this is where Garage R shines!

The aftersales service is the best I have ever experienced in my years of car ownership. Everyone, from the bosses down to the staff, are extremely customer-oriented and service standard is superb. Can tell they really know their stuff, especially when it comes to performance cars.

They have definitely won over my business over the long term and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Garage R to anyone.

Big shout out to Lester, Lee and Jason. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Keep up the great work!! Post Management Response

Great workshop! Nice customer experience and honest dealing with Garage R. I changed my rotor at Garage R for a new DIXCEL rotor, price wise is reasonable and the whole process takes less than 1 hour. My stock brake pad is still usable and they never hard sell me to change to a new set of brake pad. I have asked for API brake kit as well but owner was kind and honest enough to tell me that for my ride, a BBK is an overkill and don't waste the money. I appreciate this kind of suggestion, and I will be going back for more services in future! Lots of performance cars around doing their servicing but that doesn't stop them from providing excellent customer service to me. If I strike TOTO and buy a performance car, I will go back to them for services as well.. lol

Excellent job start to end, good feedback from William & team, even tho earlier mods wasnt with them. I went for help, they responded and then some. Tuned Fcon iS by LW turned engine loose, only restricted by autobox. Their shit aint cheap but monkeys and peanuts apply here. Post Management Response

I just restored my Suzuki Cappo at Garage R. Thank you William and team for the very profession work done to put my car back on the road. The team provides plenty of feedback on what needs to be done/change and provides many value-added services on top of what was agreed, eg. respray my bonnet area, polished headlights, etc. All these are done without any request from my end. On top of that, the team of mechanics and sales persons are very friendly and definitely know their stuff to provide good advice. This workshop is unlike others because I feel that they don't just do the job, but they do it with passion. I feel totally at ease while my car was at the workshop for 2 weeks. I will definitely recommend to anyone from basic servicing to doing up your car. Joe Post Management Response

i like their services, i done up my HKS exhuast over there, they help me solder and do a bold on kit for it. sound nice and workmanship is gd till now. Post Management Response

Just fixed ralliart triple meter. Service by counter staff was so-so, always hurrying to somewhere after givin me rushed short explanation. Workmanship should be alright since all gauges working. One commendable act of service guy was he feedback when having issues, like need to fabricate metal bracket to house the meters & need adapter. Only last part didn't fix the top dash panel properly but small issue. Another issue was car somewhat dirty due to dirty hands in contact with dash, car door & steering wheel. After finishing installation, service guy seemed to be rushing too, I'd rate their service 6.5/10 & charges 7/10. Went there cause it seemed more reputable & experienced in such installation.
