3 workshops told me that my Cayenne Hybrid needed a full overhaul.

Luckily Calvin found the real problem —
Inverter .., engine mountings, lower control arms and cam sensors — and fixed everything for a fraction of what they quoted.

Turns out my car didn't need a major overhaul. It needed an honest mechanic.

After spending nearly a year visiting and testing different workshops to Overhaul my BMW for COE renewal .. MSP is a surprising change from the others, they are refreshingly transparent and honestly— the kind of mechanics who tells you exactly what your car needs and no upsell.

The pricing for a full overhaul and gearbox rebuild was by far the most competitive priced for my 7 series.

MSP has earned my trust, no regrets whatsoever. Highly recommended.

I have many travel arrangements and I couldn't find an honest and diligent workshop to look after , repair my Hybrid which I have deep sentimental value.

Workshops are just going after money and how much they can squeeze out of you. It's frustrating , I wouldn't even trust Google reviews. I came across MSP here in SGcarmart & Thought I gave it a try.

I left it at MSP for 2 weeks and when I came back to collect, it was cleaned & Calvin keep me updated regularly with the repairs via pictures and videos so I'm pleasantly assured.

When I purchased my Cayman, I had my PPI done at MSP. From the start, their attention to detail and expertise were obvious.

I returned an oil change along with Gearbox fluid change. Calvin's knowledge, communication, and overall accommodations truly set them apart. Calvin personally stepped in to make sure everything was handled perfectly. When I collect my car, it was sparking clean with smelling nice. It's indeed value added. Had a stiff steering wheel for several weeks and then my Parking Brake fault light came on. After researching on SGCarMart I came across MSP Far East and decided to give them a try — very happy I did.

Calvin was professional, efficient and straightforward. He carried out a full diagnostic and undercarriage inspection at no additional charge, and his pricing was competitive. My car was also returned to me fully cleaned, which was a lovely touch.

As a first-time Porsche owner I had many concerns and unknowns. Calvin was patient, genuine and explained everything clearly. He gave me full confidence to proceed with my COE renewal.

With the ongoing war and my COE due, it's really some tough decisions on my beloved Cayenne with Christmas yellow lights coming out. I need to get it fixed I renew my Coe.

Calvin, the owner, is the kind of mechanic you hope exists but rarely find: straightforward, & Honest , he walked me through the diagnostics, laid out a clear plan, and provided a quote that was fair and transparent..., no upselling,

I was kept updated throughout, and I always felt like my car was in capable hands. When I finally picked it up, everything felt tight, smooth, and exactly how a Gts should drive.

Calvin is truly friendly & Professional and so are his mechanics I have dealt with. They are accommodating with my schedule and have, when needed, gone above and beyond in helping me get my car up even for Vicom Inspection.

I was so busy overseas and this service greatly helped me tremendously.

Honestly..,thank God I found the right guys to do my porsche..
After speaking with Calvin, I found him quite a character… ,
Other workshops quoted me extremely high for a engine rebuild; His quote came in well within my expected budget.

He spent a full 4 hours inspecting my car and advised me on only what was truly necessary to replace, and did it with a two weeks turnaround time..

After I dropped off the car in the afternoon .., his guys had already taken down the engine within 2 hours. Wow..… their speed is incredible I'm impressed .

Apart from his excellent service from start to finish. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs with photos and videos.
These guys are great. Highly highly recommended! Great work Calvin.

I've been a customer of MSP Far East for several years but never got around to leaving a review — until I recently I learn from my daughter how easy it is.

I have never come across a workshop that goes this extra mile — true customer service! These guys are passionate about their work and service, and genuinely care not only about pricing and quality of work, but also about their customers' needs. Usually, I don't take part in reviews. I prefer recommendations and when I got problems with my used 92 Carrera 4, was experiencing gears 1,3,5 and the reverse didn't seem to work.

So, Immediately after my arrival at MSO, Calvin & His techs was professional, they perform some diagnostic on a computer and took me on a test drive which later concluded my gearbox was giving the problems & Some vacuum leaks.

When I collected my car , it was so smoother and quiet. Really well done job. I wasn't even charged for the diagnostics & Checks.
The bill was fair and reasonable and comes with warranty! What more can I ask. I was expecting $xxxxx I was surprised it wasn't, considering how old my Carrera is! Wow , WOW ... Well done , What can I say? Thank you guys!!

I had an awful grinding noise start on Porsche but could not identify exactly where it was coming from. Took the car to several garages and a transmission specialist but none of them could give me an answer. I looked on line & Found MSP & Spoke to Calvin to arrange an appointment for diagnostic.

Calvin & His technicians quickly diagnosed the issue showing me where the sound was coming from as the car was hoist up. Calvin quoted me a reasonable price and I agreed to have new parts as my COE still have 4 years to go. Calvin kept me informed of progress with pictures and videos and this saved me my time going down to check.

For years I dreaded workshop visits — always anxious about being overcharged by my workshop located at Axx. When they quoted me $8k for a coolant leak, I finally had enough and started looking elsewhere.

A friend recommended MSP Far East, and I'm so glad I made the call. Calvin inspected my car thoroughly and came back with a quote of under $4k — for the exact same job.
