Great Company with a excellent staff that I would like to Commend - Tan. First of all, Tan is friendly, approachable and helpful. He knows his procedures by heart and is able to give clear and detailed instructions with the rental procedures. He will provide you with the best advices for your rental experience and often contactable should there be any quiries. Also suggesting the best vehicle to fit your budget. Secondly, I was involved with an accident of their rented vehicle and Tan was very concerned of my well-being and willing to find time out of his hectic schedule and look for me and guide me through the reporting procedures, hand in hand, while I was lost in shock, unsure of what to do. Thirdly, Tan will remember to get your deposit refunded to you on time. He also helped me to claim for my towing fee as well. Afraid that I may not have a vehicle to drive to keep my income rolling for grab, he got a me a replacement vehicle at the shortest time possible. In terms of any malfunction with the Vehicle, he would get his workshop staff to keep a lookout for you, mostly FOC unless it was occured due to drivers negligence. There was also a time when I accidentally scratched the car, he pleaded with his workshop to gvve me a better rate than the other workshops available and soon I was able to be on road the very next day. Rented a car for temporary 3 months from KH for driving grab and definitely had great pleasant experience with them. Deposit was debited in full and very speedily too. Kudos especially to Tan, who recommended me a very good choice of car to drive which helped me saved a lot on petrol and provided good comfort (great price too), while providing good support and answered all my questions patiently.
