BH Auto was the only workshop willing to entertain a tyre patch job at 9pm! Despite the late hour, Eric n his team were still jovial and provided exemplary service. Eric also selflessly shared many tips on car maintenance. Eric n his team are indeed gems in the car servicing industry. Do pop by and experience it first hand for yourself.

My gratitude and Thanks to Joyce and Eric from BH Auto on turning a potentially very bad experience to one that is bearable.

A couple of months back (23 Jan 2016), I have gotten into an accident where I collided into another car which was reversing without checking for traffic. As it was a Saturday afternoon, I was flustered and concerned about reporting to my insurer (AXA) and for available authorised workshop to made a report to. It was a bad start to a busy day where I have to attend a school ceremony.

AXA recommended me to BH Auto as they are opened til evening on a Saturday.

When I got there, Joyce was extremely helpful as she guided me through the whole insurance procedures and also helped me to get all the supporting evidence (report and videos) for submission. Eric was also helpful as he helped me with the illustration of the accident. Both of them make this cumbersome process less of a trauma for me.

Over the next couple of weeks, Joyce actively followed up with the insurer as well as provide me with regular progress updates. Both Joyce and Eric also proposed options and recommendations if I really want to repair my car first and yet not be too exposed to the costs if my claims cannot go through.

When the insurer first got back with the proposed settlement, I was concerned about the settlement liability affecting my NCD. Joyce was very patient and reassure me that my NCD will not be impacted based on the proposed settlement. However, she continued to help me to seek a higher settlement given the nature of the accident. At the end, she managed to get a more favorable ruling.

The repair process is also relatively easy. I dropped off my car, picked up a loaned car and they contacted me within a couple of days to pick up my car.

Encountered a small glitch when I got back where my in car camera shut off once my car engine is off. Was trying to determine the problem and decided to call Joyce for help 2 days later when I eliminate software errors as the cause. She asked me to bring my car in (and that is at 10pm on a Saturday evening) and her mechanic checked and fixed up the issue within 5 mins (a power connection was unplugged).

All in all, BH Auto had turned this accident from a bad experience to one fantastic customer experience. I will definitely be going to their workshop for servicing and other issues fixing from now on and if I am looking at renewal of my insurance, I will be looking out to re-insure with their insurance partner so that I could continue my experience with BH Auto. Thank you Joyce and Eric.

Sincere thanks to Joyce, Eric Cheong and several other mechanics whom I did not have a chance to know their names. I had a car accident a few weeks ago and I chanced on BH Auto (under AXA insurance list of Premium Workshop) and decided to go ahead with them for the repair.

Before deciding on BH Auto for my car repair, I called Joyce to seek an understanding if they would be able to get my Peugeot car's spare part. Despite not being a customer yet, in 1-2 hours she manage to come back to me and assure me they are able to get all the parts (top notch pre-customer service).

Upon reaching BH Auto for my accident report, Eric was very friendly and patient to go through with me the cumbersome process.

I thought my car would need around 2-3 weeks to repair but it took a total just 5-6 working days! Throughout the repair period, I could always reach out to these people at the workshop for any updates for my car repair (personal touch customer experience).

Collected my car last Saturday and happy about it. Bought some drinks and snacks for these lovely people.

In all, BH Auto extremely exceed my expectations and though it is far from my house, I will be going to their workshop for servicing and other issues fixing from now on.

Went to BH for an OD repair and was given the best service. Eric, Ryan, and Joyce were very patient with my queries and requests.
Prices of parts + labour were very reasonable.
What impressed me most was the strong expertise of their mechanics. I had an annoying undercarriage clunking noise for quite sometime and I have been to several workshops to get it repaired but none of the workshops was able to tell me exactly what was the cause of the problem. BH was able to pin point the problem to my tie rods immediately after a test drive!

Just want to Thank BH Auto Svcs for great service after yesterday's servicing done by your workshop @ Sin Ming. Great service package & Workmanship so far! Keep it Up! Need to continue to maintain Good or even better service even if continue to receive lots of good/excellent comments. Try best not to increase price even if in great demand to your service unless really really no choice or else might have the reverse process - lose more customers like me in which always happened in many places & Service provider.

Also like it is your staff never insist me in getting/change expensive parts. Instead, told me the pro & Con of both expensive & Inexpensive parts if changed. That is what I want as a consumer!!!!

All your staffs including the Boss very friendly, approachable, helpful & Both people & Service oriented. Good Job!

Had my wife's Air Con problem fixed.
Finally. She had her car parked on an open air car park in office all the time. Working in the extreme west of Singapore is really super hot.
Wife complains car is burning hot when she enters the car for lunch or leave work to home.
The Air con was blowing HOT HOT HOT air all the time.
Blower is working fine but simply no cold air.
I decided to relieve my wife of this heat and had her car checked by the guys in BH Auto. I have been servicing my car with them for ages.
They checked and commented Compressor not that good and request that I have it changed. Immediately I said yes, they ordered and in 2 hours its all done.
Wife is happy and so is the ME.... Hahahah

I'm writing to compliment Mr Eric Cheong for his fast response time and excellent customer service.

My hybrid car couldn't get started and I needed urgent help to do battery recovery. After a thorough check and call back to his office to verify the location of the battery (cos this hybrid car of mine has a different 'layout' from the other cars), he helped me to jump-start the car. He also gave very apt recommendation on what to do thereafter.

The best part of all, Eric didn't charge me a cent for all the extra mile that he went! He mentioned that as I only needed help with jump-starting the car and not battery replacement, he decided not to charge. This is truly amazing service! You can be assured that I will be your returning customer!

I am so impressed with Eric's service that I made an effort to sign up as SG carmart member in order to compliment him.

Our car couldn't start due to a flat battery. It has been "Jump start" 2 days ago but today the "Jump start" Could not solve the problem.

I browsed thru' the Internet and contacted BH Auto Services (authorized workshop of Etiqa and AXA insurance Co) and spoke to Eric for help/rescue. Without hesitation, he came to our rescue personally. He also gave us some advice in maintaining the battery (value-added service) The service was fast and the price was also very reasonable.

I certainly strongly recommend this workshop to anyone.

Am driving a Airwave

It was about 9 months since my FC started to drop.
All I can hear was screeching sounds from my front brakes.
I changed brake pads twice within 3 months, brake rotor and brake fluid but to no success.

I then decide to go BH for try as I had been using them since they were in Kranji. I hardly pop by after they shifted.

Immediately they determine the fault as jammed calliper.

BH service it, change brake pads and fluid and my car FC back to good good levels. At a very reasonable price, they had managed to solve my problem efficiently.

Previously, I brought an Audi A1 in there.

Back in June, I brought my 2010 Mazda 3, who had always gone to Agent for servicing for the past 5 years, to finally service at BH Auto for 110K. That's when I realized it's cheaper to do it outside than Agent, ONLY IF, there is no nonsense. Well, there wasn't and I was as impressed. Coincidentally, Ah Jun was also the one servicing my car. He was patient in explaining what needs to be done, and leave decisions to you on repairs. He accidentally broke my cabin light which I had asked him to check. Happy that the action he took was to order a replacement immediately and fixed it up for me - no this, no that, no blah blah blah. Just replaced what he broke. So you can see the type of culture these people have - integrity.

Yes, those reviews were long overdue but had always been on my mind. Unfortunately, I have to write one due to an unfortunate incident happened last week - Wife got into accident and this comes to the third incident:

My wife drove my cousin's Honda Civic as she was out of town and got into an accident, hitting the railings on the express way. Terrible as it was, BH Auto was what I thought of. Reached there at 7.30pm, and the team inspected the car, told me what a good course of action would be.

Ah Qing (Ah Kheng) was in touch with me throughout the repair as I checked in with him a few times a day. For things that I thought have to be replaced, he told me he can fix it and hence no extra cost. I can go on and on, but these guys at BH Auto really make you feel at east about leaving your car with them. They'd do a good job really. And for my cousin's Civic who had been going to Kah for the past 8 years, she'd now be bringing it to BH Auto for the 150K servicing the coming months.

I've previously always been sceptical about private car workshops, but these few experiences showed me there are some really genuine and reliable ones.

I say keep up the good work, and clients will follow.

I sent my Murano for checking on the rattling noise from the front left wheel on 3 July 2015 morning. Ah Di (I think that's his name) did a test drive with me to determine the source of the noise. After the test drive, he jacked my car to check the source of the noise. Almost immediately, he found the cause of the rattling noise and told me the stabilizer arm had worn. I was quoted a reasonable price of just below $150 for replacing a pair of arms and asked to come back on Saturday morning to do the replacement as it's not advisable to wait until afternoon on Friday for the part to arrive.
The best part was my car was given a complimentary foam wash after the replacement of the faulty stabilizer arm on Saturday.
Thanks BH. You made my day when with the excellent and friendly service. I have already recommended and brought my colleague to BH for any future car repair and servicing. I will recommend more friends in the near future.

I purposely register with sgcar just to compliment BH auto. Being their customer last time, who wanted to try out other workshop which is nearer to my house, comes back to them eventually. Service are really the best I ever had, knowledge also thumbs up. Eric and his group always so patient in attending customers, explaining the fault of the car, and this company not that type who only want to earn money and ask you change things that you don't need to. Some may think I'm exaggerated, go try and you know it.

After seeing much good review, decided went for a try to fix Aircon prob. Was greeted by Cheng. After checking , they topup Aircon gas,saying was compressor problem. To monitor . I went ahead for their servicing on my car as well. Servicing went well, even wash up the car after that. All was neat and tidy. Good effort. The only thing I dislike was the Aircon not solve. Started with blowing hot air ,after few days. In the end went to another wrkshop , found out was the cooling coil leaking...
