I went for my car servicing at BH Auto.
They are alittle out of the way but the service that the guys service me was really good.
The staff Ah Wah was a good mechanic and he serviced my car.
I will come back again.
My car only needs 3 Quats of Engine oil and Ah Wah, feedback to their guys and only charge for 3 Quarts rather then 4. WOW...
That day was raining but end up Ah Wah still insist on washing my car and he commented that washing of my car was his duty. If it rains out there is also a must to wash my car and make it clean before it leaves the workshop.
I do rally appriciate.

Thanks BH Auto for the effort in servicing my car. Thanks to Melvin and team.

I had never been to a more responsible service workshop than BH. They checked with you before changing parts and I was informed of all prices. Diagnostic was carried out step by step and I was informed of the progress. No workshop can solve my juddering Honda airwave issue but BH managed to solve it. Lets see how it goes for the next few days, weeks.

Prices are reasonable though the place is out of the way. Good for bros n sis staying in the north and west area. Hear that they will have a near place at AMK.

And their customer service is top notch.

Great job guys! Thanks once again.

Thank you to Melvin and frenz. Sent my car there due to faulty aircon. Price quoted was very reasonable and the service was good. Sent to other wrkshp to enquire about the service but the cost can burn your pockets.
Sent my car in the morning, serviced by Ah Ching, and collect in the afternoon. Friendly ppl
and will definitely be back for other car-related services.
Recommended to frenz.

I would like thank BH Auto and Melvin for their excellent customer service when I went for my servicing. The mechanic attended to me was patience to explain questions I asked. When making recommendation, pros and cons were clearly explained and no hard selling at all. Definitely I would return for my next servicing with BH AUTO.

Car - Peugeot 207 Was checked by AD to have a serious cooling coil leak. Saw a review by another forumer who brought his conti car to BH Auto to change his cooling coil. Sms-ed Melvin for a quote, quote turned out reasonable (didnt give me a "heart attack " which my AD's quote almost gave me). Arranged to drop off the car early next week. The mech were friendly and arranged for another colleague to drop me off at MRT. Pick-up by Melvin next day (from my location in redhill) to bring me to workshop to collect my car when it was ready. BH Auto had fixed my Hot air aircon issue, now can leave the temp higher cuz the aircon is colder n stronger now. In all, had a good experience with BH Auto, would send my car to them for servicing when the service package with Autofrance ends, cuz they also got a convenient door-step car pick-up and delivery arrangement.

Car: Mitsubishi Lancer Ex Reason I came to BH Auto: They carried the brand of ATF that I was looking for and price was the lowest among other workshops, I had called a few workshops before I came down here. Thumb up to BH Auto for a fast job done on a busy Saturday. The boss, Melvin, seem like very busy man but still take some of his precious time to have a chat with me. Overall, had a good experience there and who knows I might come down again to do my servicing. Keep up the good work BH Auto!

I'm a happy and satified customer ! My aircon evaporator aka cooling coil is leaking after 6 years . All the aircon specialist workshop wanted to keep my car for 2 working days even if i make a appointment with them because they're not sure if they know how to remove the dashboard safely off my fiat ! I contacted Melvin , he invited me down , get his specialist to look into it , fix a date and they managae to complete it within a day ! Would also want to thanks Melvin for giving me a lift back from kranji to Toa Payoh that morning after I leave the car there ! You have a repeat customer here, not only because of the exemplary service, but most importantly, the fees are reasonable ! Thanks.

All good workshops need to be recommended! About 2 months ago, I discoverd that my 4.5 years old Honda Stream had some problems with the aircon(periodic cold/not cold syndrom) and a leaking auto gear box, which if not resolved quickly, it would certainly lead to a big hole in my pockets. I search through the website and called a few workshops but their "answers" were not convincing and some quotes are quite high. Maybe they didn't needed my business, as all did not offer me for a "no obligation" check up on the conditions to my car, except for BH Auto. As the workshop is near to my home, I decided to give it a try. The supervisor did a thorough check and was able to diagnose the damages quickly and surprisingly, at a fraction of the costs of repairs (as oppose to what other workshops had quoted to me!) I decided to try them out as I was also attracted to their "value added" service, of picking up my car during office hours for repairs and delivering after it is fixed, saves me the time and inconvenience of taking leave during weekdays or burned weekends, and as well as an offer for a "free servcing" (pay labour charges and oil filter only). My car has since been running smoothly for 1 week now and all seems alright, which leads me to writing this recommendation. Excellent customer service provided by Melvin and his team and I will certainly continue to look for BH Auto for my car's regular Servicings & Maintainence.

I was intro by my friends about this workshop on how good they were. Hence I decided to try out. All i can say is their service is excellent. Mechanics are very friendly and know what they are doing. They are fast yet done a good job for my car. To me, I felt the price that they offer is reasonable comparing to the other workshop. BH is a one stop service workshop providing car serving, repairs, spray painting, accident claims and wheel alignment services. Anyone wish to have their car serviced and taken care of, I would strongly recommend them to try out at BH. Thank you BH for the a wonderful services.

Send in continental car on 11 July 2012 ard 0930hrs with replaceable parts, timing belt set, cam seals, oil seal, water pump, coolant, transmission fluid, right engine mounting..etc for major servicing and changed off a weak fan motor. During dismantling process, original cam seal and water pump are incorrect with the purchase, Melvin took the initiative to source for the items with minor charges and collection of car is on the same day at daylight time, to purchase these parts, shops are at the Central of Spore where as BH is in Kranji. Credibility goes to Ah Hwee, Ah Qing, Melvin, for their efficiency, honesty, and responsibility. Will be there in 2-3weeks to change air-con evaporator

was looking for a cheap servicing and Melvin PM me with their Promo. and so i went for their Promotion amsoil 10w30 tis afternoon, car was serviced by Ah Wei and upon know i was going for inspection, he help me to remove some light that was not in compliance. Nice Experience and i passed my inspection with some luck WIll go back for timing belt change if price is fine :) Many Thanks

Like to share my wonderful experience at BH Auto recently. i did my wheel alignment and went back twice for fine adjustments, they were very patience and even set up the equipment and power up the computer to show me the readings that the correction are made within ideal specs. I am very pleased with their good customer service. Credit must be given to (Melvin) for his great help and he makes it a point to answer all my SMS even into the late hours in the night, great job ! And I will definitely return to BH Auto for all my vehicle related matters in future.

Visited and tried out this workshop as seen various posting by BH. As i am workshop hopping and decided to try out BH. All i can say is the service is excellent. No regrets. Mechanics sure know what they are doing and very friendly. Price wise compared to other workshop is also very reasonable. One very good thing also that i like is, i can bring my own engine oil and parts to perform the servicing or any repair works. Only charge for labour cost at reasonable pricing. BH is a one stop workshop providing almost from car serving, repairs works, spray painting, accident claims, and wheel alignment services. I would strongly recommend anyone to try their service. Thank you BH.

I recently bought a 2nd hand continental car & I need a re-spray job for my front bonnet. I must say I am very lucky to come across BH Auto via SgCarMart website. I am thoroughly pleased with the high quality of the spray work & even more impressed with the level of professionalism / service standard displayed by the manager (Melvin) who followed up with me. I will definitely go back to BH Auto for all my future car needs as they have won my trust.

I wish to thank BH Auto for their excellent services whenever I needed them, be it for scratches, accidents etc. I was mechanic hopping until recommended by a friend to them and they won my trust the first time i visited them. They offer a wide range of services, making them an ideal 1-stop centre for all my car needs. I am also most grateful for the thoughtful honest communications from the staff, which made me feel that they always try to think from the customer's perspective. I find this really hard to come by and I think that BH Auto will continue to be my mechanic for a long time to come!
