Thank you for the recommendation and I decided to give a try after reading all the reviews.
My car are having some alignment and sounds at under carriage, when in for a check and found that all the workers there are friendly and happily working. Mr Eric was very friendly and explained what they can provide and how they work and check for every car that come in. Very impress with the knowledge and speed on their work.
Will let them take care of my car.

A friend recommended Mr Eric and BH Auto a few years back for their reliable service. I just saved his mobile number on my phone in case i need it.

My car was knocked recently and I remembered BH Auto - I called Eric and he is very assuring, experienced and gives very good down-to-earth advice. He personally came down to evaluate the damage and even provided a spare car without asking.

BH Auto is very prompt in helping me settle the repair and insurance negotiations which is very helpful as I have heavy work and family commitments.

My car was delivered to me by Mr Ryan at the appointed time and in a state that looks brand new. I am throughly amazed! Throughout my dealings with all in BH Auto, I can sense their sincerity and desire in delivering the best service to their customers (from the boss Mr Eric, to Mr Ryan in delivery the car and to the lady office-coordinators in answering my queries).

Thank you once again to Mr Eric and the BH Auto team (Ryan, Eunice, Peggy and mechanics) for excellant service in repairing my damaged car, restoring it to brand-new and providing 100% hassle-free settlement claims on my behalf.

BH Auto definitely delivers what they promise! I have a great peace of mind knowing I can rely on BH Auto. I will now switch over my regular servicing to them as well after reading the excellant reviews here.

My advice - record BH Auto's number in your phone (Eric: 91013232) now - if you are serious about driving, you must have a reliable workshop at your fingertips.

Introl by friends to BH Auto at sin ming blk 1 & serve by Eric the friendly boss for servicing my car and also based on good review from friends .
Took up the xRev pkg @ $128 and all point check , with complimentary car wash and internal vacuum. There are one stop service everything you need for car like Accident claim , tyres , bodykit , air-con and insurance renew mostly there have it there . :)
Service done 5 star .

I would normally sent my spare 5 series Bimmer to few different car workshops during every quarterly servicing just to establish a good workshop with excellent services cum highly competitive prices. Yes! BH Auto Services at Sin Ming Industrial Estate is still the best by far & I have absolutely no qualms to engage their services again. Eric is indeed a business owner with sheer sincerity & care for his valued clients. Highly recommended, especially to all my real estate close Alliances & entire Divisions.

I was on the way home around late evening around 8plus to 9. While I was driving I heard something not right and there's no way I can stop coz I was on a flyover. After a distance I've found a "parking space" and I get off I saw my tyre was punctured. I don't know what to do and tried to change the tyre myself but couldn't managed to get the screws to loosen. Without second thought I remember that sgcarmart have this directory for service a lot of varieties. But I immediately saw BH Auto Service Pte Ltd which operates til after office hrs. Mad without further a do I call and got the response fast and it only took about 10 mins and Eric came to my aid to replace my tyre. Thank you very much Eric.

went to BH Auto this morning based on good review.
took up the xRev pkg @ $128, with complimentary car wash and internal vacuum.
Service done very timely.

Staff is helpful and professional. No hard selling.

I have a bad experience with BH Auto.

I went to BH Auto because of so many wonderful reviews here.

Initially, my Nissan Latio makes a very weird noise while driving, which I thought it was the engine mounting, since authorized workshop told me to change it the other time, which I didn't want to, since it was costly, about $1k.

I called BH Auto. Over the phone, they quoted $450 for the engine mounting without labour. So I went there happily. And they told me to leave the car for the night. I was ok about it since everybody was very busy. I told myself better let them look into the problem slowly and carefully.

One hour later, they diagnosed my problem as engine misfire instead. They told me they need to open up the manifold and they need to change one of the ignition coils. They quoted $140. I gave the approval. I even let them do the car servicing which costs $128. All prices before GST.

I picked up the car the next day. It was good for 2 days. Then the misfire came back. I went back on Monday hoping they can solve it immediately because I already wasted 2 days.

This time round I stayed to see how the check is done. The mechanic uses this electronic diagnostic tool to check my engine. He fiddled around with it. He was unable to find my car model on it. And amidst the fiddling with the tool, he was walking frantically around and attending to other customers. There are other staff around. But nobody seems to care.

Then, he finally said I need to leave the car behind. He also said he need to open up the manifold to check this time round. And then he said that will cost $60 labour charges. Then I told him that's what you said you have done the other time. He then gave a sheepish look. And then sort of admitted that they simply changed the ignition coil because it was the easiest thing to do WITHOUT opening the manifold.

I asked him is he confident to fix my car this time round. He gave me a confused look. Immediately, I decided to give up. I bite the bullet and went back to authorized worskhop. This time round, they did a check and changed ALL my ignition coils at $124.10 each.

I brought my car here for repairs after it broke down. The mechanic was very nice and helpful and explained to me what exactly happened to my car that caused it to break down. It was repaired on time and when I drove it out, I felt like I was driving a new car! Thanks BH Auto services!

I encountered air-con problem with my car since 2 days ago. After checking out the web here, I decided to make a quick call this morning and brought my car down to BH Auto in Kranji, since it was nearer to my home.

I must say the services rendered had exceeded my expectations. Friendly mechanic made a thorough assessment and proposed what could be done. No frills and jobs was completed nicely. Air-con was then back in action, tested and monitored for a while to make sure.

While bonnet was still open during testing, mechanic had took time to clean the engine area. Before leaving, my car was thoroughly washed, with interior vacuuming included. A really nice bonus.

Thumbs up for the nice work guys! I will go back there for my car servicing next.

Just want to commend BH Auto on its excellent service.

I recently noticed some knocking sounds coming from my car's driver door and exhaust pipes, and was asked by Melvin (who diligently replied to my email even though he was away at reservist training) to drop by the workshop for a non-obligatory check. I made a trip down yesterday evening, and the mechanics patiently checked my car for the knocking sounds. After some tightening of loose parts, the problems were solved. The best part was that they refused to accept any labour charges, saying that they had only performed "checks" on my car.

Kudos to BH Auto! :)

Car was leaking Coolant and the few workshop i went does not seem confident of pinpointing the fault.
decided to visit BH AUTO(New Branch at 5033 AMK ind park 2 ), as i did servicing on July 2012.
Car was attended by Ah Ching and before any repairs , he called to update the status and quotation. No hard selling from BH Auto , i felt comfortable leaving my car with them.

The best thing was the staff made me felt at ease with their knowledge, and their dedication to solving the problem

Would recommed all to give a try if you felt disappointed with other workshops.

Had my ride sent to BH auto for a full body respray. Very nice job done. Simply flawless. And the staff is friendly... Although u din get to meet Melvin but every communication is clearly understood through sms. Great job, guys!

Really need to thanks Melvin and team for the good job in detecting and solving my aircon problem. Initially the aircon wasn't very cold and turn to not cold. Went to have a check with BH. And i would say that BH done a good job into checking very in detail on where is the leakage. Must also really thanks the mechanic Ah hao who did the check.After the check found that the pipes are not leakage and the cooling coil is leaking hence the aircon is not cold. Left my car there for BH to replace the cooling coil after quotation provided. Price is reasonable. I would strongly recommend this workshop to anyone be it doing servicing, repair works BH Auto is a workshop to go to. Thanks BH Auto, thank you melvin and team. For making my airon back to live and cool. Now im sticking to BH be in for servicing or any repair job. Great Job guys!
