Decided to try BH Auto after reading the good reviews and wasn't disappointed. My regular mechanic doesn't fix air cons so his neighbor quoted $900 to fix the cooling coil. Went down to BH Auto to fix it and was quoted $600. So it's a no brainer. Sent my car in the morning and everything was completed by late afternoon. Felt bad when I arrived a bit late coming to collect my car but the nice patient lady told me not to worry. Overall a very good experience, highly recommended.

Went there tis moring, had sms last week to enquire and BOSS Eric call me instead of sms. So i went down this moring, was attended less than 5mins by Ah Qing. Done my servicing, atf oil, air and cabin filter for my X1. Ah Qing was patience enough to share his experience with me (i asked alot haha..). Boss Eric was back to shop later and my car had a shampoo bath by them after all the jobs done(2hrs). GREAT SERVICE! Even ERIC also involved in the car wash when there are so many staffs around, GOOD MODEL!! I believe his worlers must be very happy in his company.

Ah Qing has inspect my car when i told him i just bought it. He advised what need to be replace . Will be back to get my brakes replace due to my busy shedule today.

Overall, 1st visit here and felt great. Hope they can be my preferred workshop to visit in future.

This morning I noticed my wifes 5 series BMW had no back right side tail lights. I looked on SG Carmart for a BMW specilaist and was directed to BH. What a pleasing experience. I turned up, was met by 2 lovely happy smiley ladies eager to help, they got a tech to look at the car immediately, found the problem, quoted the part within 5 mins, fixed the car within an hour, and even washed and vacuumed it. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Eric and team, you guys should be really proud of your business, I'm a hard guy to impress, but I'm impressed. Thankyou. I would highly recommend your company to any BMW owner. Im a definate new customer that will come back.

Just sent my car for 80K service with BH and was attended to by Eric ...
The servicing was very efficient, I think partly because it was a Friday afternoon.

But many things impresssed me:
Even though it was 80K, where most workshops would readily sell a package that included all the checks and the charges, BH started off with checks. Eric ensured that I was around, explaining to me what was checked, what I did not need to change, and what should be changed. He was patient in explaining to me what could go wrong and what to do. This was reassuring to me, as a driver who knew very little about cars, and who is more used to being asked to go enjoy the aircon in the lounge.

What also impressed me, and this is something I have never experienced, even at the car wash, was the vacuuming and washing done after the service. It was meticulous... the car was given a thorough and truly hand wash, with every visible mark rubbed out by hand. The insides were also thoroughly wiped, and the carpets taken out and vacuumed. Eric, who is the operations director did it himself!

Then came the "wow!"... even the engine was cleaned and washed. After so many services since my first car in 1998, I have never seen any workshop do this... and this for my humble Honda freed. touched!

I am not an expert in cars... so I cannot comment on the use of the oils etc... but Eric's people, and especially Eric himself scores 110% in terms of service...

truly, this is the kind of customer service philosophy that people should aspire to and write about... in any industry.

I cannot wait to be another promoter and loyal customer of BH... no more wondering which workshop I should try the next time.

Agreed to fix my rear bumper after accessed by BH Auto mechanics. Staff were generally friendly, patience and offered useful advise. I enjoyed my conversation with manager (Mr Eric) and mechanic (Ryan) - Thanks for the swift repair, allowing me to retrieve my vehicle within the same day.

It touched me. Really.

I drive an Audi A1 and I only go back to Agent for servicing.

My brake light bulb fused recently and I bought the light bulb without knowing how to change. As I considered going back to Agent, the appointment was 2 weeks ago which I thought was ridiculous!

So I searched for places which could change my lightbulb for me. I care for my car a lot, and am really fussy about little things. I went to SPC workshop which the boss told me he didn't know how to replace it. I went straight off because I was not ready to allow someone unfamiliar to touch my car.

So I rang up BH Auto which I came to know of fantastic reviews years ago, though not having tried their service because like I said, I only go back to Agent. The call was picked up by a Lady who sound pleasant and ready to help. I told her I had the bulb with me and only needed labour to do it. She totally understood me and said they could do it and asked me to drop by. I was delighted.

Having reached there, I was attended promptly by the mechanic who looked at the lights and started working on it. In less than 5 mins. Everything WAS DONE. I was really happy. I asked how much but they refused to charge me! This touched me a hell lot. I know it because I could easily have been charged $10-$20 somewhere else like auto***.

Not that I encourage anyone to take advantage such kindness, but the point to note is that this workshop BH AUTO has won another future difficult/fussy customer over.

The technician who serviced me was Ah Jun, and the person along him was Ah Bang.

Good job guys. I am really touched.

Pricing reasonable

Just came back from their workshop as my car aircon suddenly malfunctioned and was not blowing cool air. Panicked a bit and as it is Sunday after all and managed to locate BH Auto online. Read the good reviews and decided to drive down. Received good service. The technician used their equipment and checked that there was too much gas in the compressor (my car was just serviced yesterday, perhaps my mechanic must have added gas). This caused the compressor to automatically cut off when the pressure built beyond a certain level once the car is running. He helped me adjust it and the aircon worked again! It was all done in minutes and he didn't charge me a cent. After leaving him a token sum for him to buy coffee, I left as a satisfied first time customer!

I decided to try out a new workshop, and found this one offering a Liqui Moly servicing package with valve cleaner included.

The manager, Eric, was there when I approached the workshop. He did the exterior checking for my car, and his mechanics did the oil change. Eric helped to clean the engine bay, vacuum the interior and then wash the car. They did recommend some services like aircon refresh etc, but my car had those done last year, so i didn't have to do them.

The service quality is high, and work is thorough. I will come back again.

I encountered a coolant alert in my F10 while driving back home on a Saturday night even though I had already filled the water in the morning. Upon reaching home and switching off the engine, I heard water bubbling and leaking and to my shock, I saw the water leaking profusely from under carriage. I was very worried because I have heard few feedback previously that F10 has a common problem of coolant hose cracking and the worst part is the next day is a Sunday. After searching high and low in the internet, managed to come across BH Auto Services functioning on Sundays and came across this person named Eric who is the boss of the shop.

I have him a call in the morning and he was very helpful even over the phone and immediately came over to my unit with his tow services. He brought me back to his shop and his other mechanics were also very friendly and checked thoroughly for the fault and advised accordingly. Managed to drive back my F10 with no charges !! Strongly recommend all brothers to look for him if you need any help with your cars despite the model. Cheers.

I'm the car owner of Honda civic, about a month ago I've receive a SMS from BH Auto stating that there's a free thorough check for cars heading to Malaysia. I'm impressed. As I was heading to Malaysia the following day so I decided to let them have a check. The staffs are all very friendly and polite. I was told that my battery condition was not in a good state, since it's still useable I decided not to change it. However, the boss of BH, Mr. Eric was very kind to the extent of, worrying that my car couldn't start while I'm in Malaysia and he even lend me a battery and wire for me to jump start my car just in case the battery is dead halfway there. The day when I was returning to sg, my car battery was dead. And come to think of it
the battery that Mr Eric lend to me had come in handy. I had my battery replaced once I return to sg at BH Auto. I'm writing this is because I find their service really great and I hope everyone could get to know that there's such a wonderful workshop existent, no harm visiting. And also hoping that they can help more people.

Good service. Even recommended my company vehicles over for servicing and repairs.

I had a particularly difficult registration/ownership/repair issue that BH Auto were absolutely tremendous in helping me with.

To cut a long story short, we had a car with diplomatic plates that had been unused and unregistered for approximately a year.

Eric and his team helped with towing, VICAP inspection, fixed the myriad issues with the car that were a consequence of it sitting idle for 12 months and had no problems with the unforeseen delays that occurred due to insurance/ownership transfer issues.

Nothing was too much trouble and it was all completed for a very reasonable price, particularly given how great their service was.

I could not recommend Eric and the team at BH Auto highly enough.

This is my first time going to this workshop for bumper repair and spray painting works I went there because of the many positive comments posted. I must say they are professional in their work procedures. I have made appointment to visit them and true to their words. An immediate start work is done when I arrived there and even bother to follow up whether I be coming over at the stipulated time. Good advice and suggestions provided and work quality is good though they should bother to cover my brake lights even it may be cheap stuff from getting sprayed though I can easily used thinner to remove the overspray. I may consider to get my car to be serviced there as they even provided a car wash after the works and nearer to my residence compared to my usual workshop.
