Had the intention to change my front door speakers and tweeters and add on an 4 channel amplifier as recommended by some audio installers.

After reading much positive feedback from "MyCarForum", I decided to head down to AutoImage. Ted attended to me and I told him what I wanted. With politeness, he asked if he could listen to what the current system produced. After listening to the type of music played, he counter advised me not to add a 4-channel amplifier; instead he recommended just to change a better quality speakers will do.

Other installers didn't advised me like Ted did. Without much doubt of his honest service, I agreed to his counter advise.

True enough, I walked out a very satisfied customer.

One of the things I like about Ted's service is he will profile you during the conversation and customised to the preference and budget (no hard selling).

Like many, I searched up in car entertainment on sgCarMart and came across AutoImage who received so much positive feedback.

Curious, I headed down the next day to get some new systems fixed up. Upon entry, the staffs were all WARM and WELCOMING as I drove into the workshop in my humble 1997 Nissan March (SKJ XXX R).

Simon then quickly attended to me and inspected the previous system of my vehicle and recommended a change of the main system as well as front speakers. Without doubt, I trusted his confidence and advice.

During the process of installation, came across some complications as my door couldn't handle the loud bass an that some of the sound wiring done during the previous installation was messed up. Despite completion of the first round (which took 1.5hrs), he detached everything and did the wiring inside out (took another 1.5hrs) as he certainly takes pride in every installation.

I genuinely had a positive experience @ AutoImage and drove home like every cent was worth it. I would strongly recommend everyone to look to AutoImage for in car entertainment installation and purchase.

I got my first car audio done up by them so it wasnt an issue where i wanted my next car audio to be done at. Ted as always is a nice guy with good knowledge and i came in and told him my budget and he hooked me up with a good system. Never pushy at all as i wanted something fairly simple but decent. will definitely go back there again if i need any further upgrades. Once again, Thank you Ted!

Silver Land Rover Defender!

I collected my Suzuki Swift Sport end of March 2013 and one of the first things I did was to drive straight to AutoImage to get my stock speakers switched out. Ever since that first install, I am now with Helix speakers, Helix Amp, Rodek Active Sub and a Pioneer AVH-X8550BT HU. All done at AutoImage. I have seen how another shop botched the install on my wife's equally new car, that's why I trust Ted and his crew. They do a neat and careful job leaving my new car looking exactly the way it left the showroom but sounding AWESOME! One last thing, tell them what you want out of your I.C.E. and your budget and trust their recommendation and if it still ain't right at the end, you can trust Ted to make it right!

This is my second reviews for his excellent services.
I installed my complete audio system at his shop 1.5 years ago. As a newbie, he carefully asked questions (without using too many jargon) about type of music/songs I like. No hard selling. No regret.
Today, I went to him for help to replace a bulb blow & led light issue.
Is a some job that cost $20. But his customer services is again excellent. He even take the trouble to check the replacement & also tuned my car for free. He told me is just part of his after sales service to customers. What can I say. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I am a repeating customer of Auto Image but today's experience was beyond words.. previously I have done up my component speaker, headunit n reverse camera with this shop and today I installed a sub-woofer to complete my ICE for my ride. Ted assisted me on my queries about a sub-woofer as space and budget was a concern but he and his team manage to come out with a solution even when the shop was busy. Installation time was acceptable and the outcome was Excellent! It changes the mood and feeling when the music plays. I'm totally Happy with the whole experience and the finish product. I always wanted to have two additional speakers attached to my door but that involved cutting a hole in the door and customizing it. All of the other shops told its not needed or that it is impossible. Auto image took about an hour to do it and the sound is top class. They quoted me a price and i expected it to go up after the installation was complete. But no! Its the same price they quote! When most shops chase money Auto image stands and shine as one of those rare places that prioritizes customer satisfaction before monetary benefits. Very very satisfied with their high quality job. Fast, efficient and best.. They give you a audio system that suits your budget and more importantly your car. I asked simon to add 2 more tweeters he very nicely explained to me about my speakers and why i did not need 1 as my speaker are louder and tweeter will not be heard. This shop is really the best! the reviews are not lying! Why try the rest when you know the best! hats off to Autoimage! keep rocking!

My Kenwood HU died on me. My black box cameras felt like a dinosaur with its large recorder under the driver's seat. Time to change, but don't know where to go. I used to patronize Pin Liang for over 20 years but they have since called it a day a few months ago. So I decided to do some research here and see which shop I should go. Saw the rave reviews for Ted and his team. Took the leap of faith and popped in for a visit during a weekday.

Ted's easy demeanor, good listening skill and thoughtful suggestions sealed the deal. He does not impose on you but work around your desires, needs and budget. Very quickly, I was able to get what I want with my budget. I got a new Pioneer HU, navigation, 2 new HD black box cameras and 2 front speakers. As in all new systems, there are unfamiliarities to master and understand. This is where the after sales service comes in. I was not disappointed. In fact, I was happy with the prompt assistance and patience.

I will not hesitate to give my recommendation. Thanks Ted and keep up the good work!
