I always wanted to have two additional speakers attached to my door but that involved cutting a hole in the door and customizing it. All of the other shops told its not needed or that it is impossible. Auto image took about an hour to do it and the sound is top class. They quoted me a price and i expected it to go up after the installation was complete. But no! Its the same price they quote! When most shops chase money Auto image stands and shine as one of those rare places that prioritizes customer satisfaction before monetary benefits. Very very satisfied with their high quality job. Fast, efficient and best.. They give you a audio system that suits your budget and more importantly your car. I asked simon to add 2 more tweeters he very nicely explained to me about my speakers and why i did not need 1 as my speaker are louder and tweeter will not be heard. This shop is really the best! the reviews are not lying! Why try the rest when you know the best! hats off to Autoimage! keep rocking!

My Kenwood HU died on me. My black box cameras felt like a dinosaur with its large recorder under the driver's seat. Time to change, but don't know where to go. I used to patronize Pin Liang for over 20 years but they have since called it a day a few months ago. So I decided to do some research here and see which shop I should go. Saw the rave reviews for Ted and his team. Took the leap of faith and popped in for a visit during a weekday.

Ted's easy demeanor, good listening skill and thoughtful suggestions sealed the deal. He does not impose on you but work around your desires, needs and budget. Very quickly, I was able to get what I want with my budget. I got a new Pioneer HU, navigation, 2 new HD black box cameras and 2 front speakers. As in all new systems, there are unfamiliarities to master and understand. This is where the after sales service comes in. I was not disappointed. In fact, I was happy with the prompt assistance and patience.

I will not hesitate to give my recommendation. Thanks Ted and keep up the good work!

Went today to Change my stock HU to pioneer HU, headrest monitor and reverse cam. Excellent workmanship, explanation and value for money. Ted attended to me and answered my queries patiently though he was busy. I not related to him or the shop, if dun believe his service good. Make a trip there, dun buy anything, just ask question.. See if u impress with his service not..

On separate occasions I've had my HU mounted, speakers upgraded, antenna reception improved. Today I've had my in-car DVR cabling done up by Ted and his team.

Ted is a patient man who listens to you. You can trust him and his crew to deliver quality work without taking shortcuts under the hood. I'd advise that for first-timers you should hang around to view the quality of his work, to decide for yourself.

Pricing-wise you can expect reasonable rates. Don't expect bargain-basement pricing because he doesn't skim on the quality of the hardware he will use for your precious vehicle. There is no need to haggle because he does not make you second-guess the market price for the same service.

Quoted me the price for a replacement job for my stock HU plus addition of tv tuner card.
Was hesitant with the change due to the price.
Decided to go ahead due to the numerous positive reviews here.
No stock for tuner card, Ted went the extra mild to get a unit from another shop so I do not need to return for another installation.
However, was not told that the tv tuner card can only receive Ch5, 8 and CNA for now only till it was installed. Otherwise, I might give it a miss till it can receive ChU.
Overall job was done, service and workmanship is good and I like his HU recomendation.
Considering to change my speakers next round when I have extra budget.

This busy little shop in Sin Ming is dedicated to giving you the best service for a reasonable price. I was served by Ted who really tried his best to accomodate to all requests. Installed a 3rd party HU and rear camera which I imported in - Ted's boys did a great job and everything looks very neat. Go in the morning or before 2pm as all installations will take some time. Do note that they are really busy and you should not be a queen and expect to be served within seconds. Once they have settled their other customers (afterall you are not the only one), you will be served ASAP.

Blew 3 subwoofers at another shop and came here finally. They not only put in a superb woofer but also tuned it for free.. my cheap audio sounds super good now! Thumbs up! the boss is very friendly and the technician is seriously the best in the industry. Look for Simon for all your worries! the man is a audio genius! best tuning and sound in town!

Simon attended to me. Rather than install an amo and a woofer that I originally wanted (and in the process earn more out of my transaction), he advised me just to change the HU and the front speakers, which actually on hindsight is more than enough. :)

Thanks for the good advice and the professional service. I am very tempted now to also change my rear speakers, but will burn in my front speakers first before deciding. If I do, it'll definitely be back to them!

Very friendly n knowledgeable staff. Simon attended to me n all Prices n charges were explained in detail before anything was done. Workmanship was very professional n neat. All done in a fully air-conditioned environment. I was expecting hidden costs for extra material, wiring etc but was pleasantly surprised that the initial charges was all i had to pay, nothing more nothing less. Simon even braved the rain to lead me out of the carpark with their free parking ticket. Highly recommended ICE installer!

Visited the good fellas to bin the rubbish sound system that comes with car. Great job done installing the head unit, front/rear speakers and amplifier. The team removed all of the nasty stuffs that came with the car, rewired, cleaned up and even went to the great length of creating a custom platform to mount the amplifier properly.
Ted personally tuned my sound system and explained in great detail of the products I purchased. Ted treats his team well and his customers even better!

Kudos to Autoimage. Will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will definitely be back for any upgrades!

70 Reviews for this place was enough to get me to visit it to upgrade my car audio. Despite being a small-looking outlet - it was huge on value! 1. They quickly tended to my car upon arrival. Initially i came to just replace the head unit and they did not push me to do anything further. However, i was interested and kept asking for more options and they quoted me reasonable prices.

2. The wiring was VERY VERY neat. Unlike in Malaysia where a bit of black tape solves everything, here everything was trimmed neat, tied, and even a loose wire from another project was repaired and tucked away. I did not change my OE speakers, but for a 5 year old car, they replaced the wiring to those speakers even for free. Overall very neat and professional.

I noticed a blown park lamp at the end of the day which i probably never saw earlier. They even replaced that for free. At the end of all these, I was really happy and ready to pay some form of service charge for their hard and professional work. I was delightfully "shocked" to know there was no extra labour charge for all the other wiring done except for the head unit replacement charge they quoted at the beginning. Seriously, that was the icing on the cake. "Impossibru!"

Just to make it better - they even briefed me on what features I can enjoy on the new audio headunit, tested bluetooth call quality and waived my parking fee.

Overall there's SOOO MUCH HAPPINESS. I'm never going JB again for audio tuning. AutoImage is seriously the best.

Read reviews and always had the fear of kanna chop carrot by retailers.. visited AutoImage and attended by Ted though he was quite engaged, nevertheless he tried to settle his stuff on hand and attended to us asap, kudos!
First visit was for my buddy's system and briefing told him my concept, and was gone through the possible ways of doing it up (No products or selling mentioned at all) . I left due half way through and who knows, one week later, yesterday.. thinking though, went back, attended by Ted, had a good chat session, waalaa First stage of Compo speaker up and perhaps another for the rear on the next visit :)

This is my second time doing up my audio system with this shop.. to be really honest they are one of a few Honest and Reliable workshop in SG. I've been to other Audio shops but unlike this they only recommend you what's best for your ride and budget. I installed a full Helix speaker system and a Pioneer headunit and I'm greatly impressed with the sound quality for my ride even without sub-woofers. Price is relatively slightly affordable compared to other shops bit nothing beats their finish product. Keep up the good work! Affordability and Quality is what makes us come back :))

Went to install a HU, with reverse camera and change of speakers. Was initially attended by Simon, afterwhich Ted came to explain to me on the technical details as he mentioned that I seemed uncertain about the prices quoted and quality of speakers bought. Being a noob in ICE, Ted explained to me why they have recommended me to purchase the specific set of speakers and not others. Ted has extended very good customer service and made sure everything is done up nicely before handing over to the customer. Highly recommended ICE specialist.
