I would like to extend my compliment to Ethoz Sales Personnel, Ms. Felina Chin for being very responsive. She is polite and provide professional advice to me throughout my enquires on the car leasing procedure.

Felina has been accommodative by letting us collect our lease car on a Saturday. She has prepared the lease documents before hand and gave me a detailed explanation prior to car collection. Handover was smooth.

Her after sales follow up was indeed excellent! She is very thoughtful and even care to WhatsApp me (at around 11pm on day of car collection) just to ensure that the car was in good order.

I would definitely recommend my contacts to look for Felina if they want to rent/lease a vehicle from Ethoz. My family & I are happy with your service, Good Job Felina!

Our account manager is Joseph Zhang. He is very helpful and responsive whenever we face issue with our leased vehicle.

As im driving a temporary van while waiting make up for my official van to arrived. I encounter a wheel lock while on the road. Called Joseph was answered almost immediately and assisted with the troubleshooting that allow me to drive on. Appreciated and thanks Joseph!

Firstly I would like to thank Alex Ng for been responsive and following up. General servicing/repairs is a breeze with their special valet service and one to one exchange. Emergency response is quick. East@Tampines and West@BWest@Batok Centers are flexible no matter which center you liase from. Affordable pricing and well maintained fleet of vehicles. Keep it up.

I have has a courteous sales officer Felina who met all my needs and arranged the car for me at the time I needed it. She also extended my time to give the car back due to work reasons.

Edmond has made excellent adjustments when the IU unit has not worked by giving me a car immediately and met all my needs as well in the rush i was in. Edmond went the extra mile ro apologies for the default in the IU unit when we returned the car.

Brian has been been very courteous and helpful in checking the car and signing the documents when I was in a hurry to rush back to work.

All in all was a very great experience

I just rented a Hyundai Elantra car for my company for one year. I was impressed for the car and the quality that this company has to offer. The two year car they had seemed like a brand new one. Joey Teo has gone the extra mile to make sure that my budget as well as my needs are met. Have worked with Ethoz Car leasing for the past few years.

Would like to complement Mr Marcus Chay from Ethoz. His industry knowledge, customer advice and assistance throughout the process of leasing a vehicle, leaves me reassured that I'm in good hands. He also making sure that all options have been organised and quoted with quick respond.

We been using Ethoz service for more than 4 years.
Since we met Mr. Alex Ng from bukit batok branch. Everything was settle for our transportation issue.
We have no worries about transportation our equipment and staff to the field.
