My company's fleet is currently serviced by Ethoz (both the Bt Batok site and Tampines St 22 Site) and we have nothing but praises for the efficient staff namely Zack, Mike, Gavin, Jeffrey)

Our concerns are addressed in a timely manner, and they make the routine vehicle servicing a breeze with their personalized service, never experienced with other vendors.

Our experience has been very good all this while, especially from Mr Lim See Zhao (Fleet Operation Dept) and workshop team as well.
Lim give excellent service to us at all the time.
Lim very promptly response, friendly and polite in following up with our account.

Currently having my 4th [ 6 months] contract with Ethoz for my full time PHV driving.

At the Tampines branch, the service engineer Mr Suhelmi and Mr Jonathan are friendly staff at counter area. Mr Shaun and Mr Gavin are also helpful to serve me when servicing is required.

At the head office in Bukit Batok, Ms Ann Tham is understanding staff to assist the hirers.

The company's leasing contract was done by Jacqueline and Mike. The service received was commendable, with polite and prompt replies from the both of them. Quotations provided were compatible with our price range and we received good advice on the cars suitable within our budget.

Their commendable service went beyond the after-sales period as they would call to make sure everything was in good condition and the cars were delivered clean & Polished.

I would highly recommend their service to others.

She is my single point of contact who is readily available to attend to all my queries. Jacqueline has made arrangement for my test drive and ensure the handling taking over process is a smooth one.

We have been leasing cars from Ethoz for several years.
Our experience has been very good all this while, as they give excellent service not only at time of leasing, but even the after sales service support is excellent.
Ms Ann Goh in particular is very knowledgeable and helpful. Responding promptly at all times and displaying professionalism, she has been extremely helpful. Eg once when we urgently had questions (regarding driving into Malaysia), she even responded In the evening after hours! We are very impressed by her service.

Ethoz is my preferred car rental service provider as they were able to provide me better pricing than others and their cars are in much better conditions.

As I don't own a car or drive, Marcus has been the one providing me advice so that I can advise my bosses - Traffic police rules to driving licences for foreigners, to type of cars, cc litre etc.

From sourcing to sales quotation to after sales-servicing, Marcus has been very patient and informative. The great service continues even after signing lease agreement!

Another remarkable experience i would like to add one is the one with the wonderful operation team. I say this cos one of my bosses dropped a diamond ear-ring in the car and the team went the extra mile to search for it in the vehicle even if it means removing the car seat. Also one thing that I appreciate most is the ops team folks who collect and return the car are always providing update as to when they are arriving and always greet with a smile! They will also explain in details on what repair was done and do not rush through answering my questions.

Have engaged ETHOZ Group as our company appointed Service provider for all the long term car rental towards the management level and operation roles.

Their response have always been very prompt and our relationship Manager, Mr. Rainer, has always been very attentive towards our company profile.

Have engaged other rental service provider previously but we still find ETHOZ service the most acceptable among the rest.

The worries towards service maintenance, car replacement during accident or servicing, car inspection are all taken care by them which remove our greatest concerns in a 24 by 7 operation role.
