Rented a car from them from 3 Dec till 10 Dec.

On 5th December returned the car to them in exchange for another car. However they said that the other car has engine issues and kept delaying for 2 days. On the 3rd day I told them to issue a refund.

It was at this point that they decided to forfeit my deposit and refund, stating that I had gone "Above" 100km on their tracking app (which I was not informed about) and had therefore violated their terms on condition.

Do not rent or trust this company. SGroadvigilante has similar stories of such sams within the last month.

Their registered address is a virtual office (probably done on purpose to you can't find them)

We've reported to Carousell (where they are also listed) and other relevant authorities.

Please do not rent car from this company as the sole proprietor will forfeit your deposit and show you the gps speeding screenshot which is his trick. Don't fall into his trick as there are already a few victims and he will find excuses not to return your deposit
