Serviced my Peugeot and was served by Md Nasir. He called me soon after I sent the car in and listened to my concerns patiently. He then called me once the car was ready without my having to call the centre to ask. Follow up action was taken on the issue I raised earlier and he showed me the diagnostics. He also explained the entitlements under my service package do I wouldn't lose out on the benefits. Highly recommended. Peugeot 408 GT

Nasir and Jia Le provide extraordinary help as service advisors, especially when unexpected technical issues with cars arise and a solution needs to be found. Furthermore, they go out of their ways to ensure the job is done well, even if the oversight is through no fault of theirs. Of all the local car dealerships I've been to — and I've been to many, due to my line of work — the lounge at Quick Lane is also the most pleasant due to their amenities (Wi-Fi, snacks and especially the coffee machine heh), so I always look forward to heading over. - Alex, Owner of Volkswagen Sportsvan

Just had another fantastic experience at QuickLane Singapore! They replaced my alternator with a 1-year or 20,000km warranty whichever earlier and gave my car a thorough check-up. Huge shoutout to Mr. Nasir for ensuring my car was washed and vacuumed afterward! Plus, the workshop offers a convenient after-hours key drop-off located within their self-sufficient car park.
