Cant remember how many times ive been to them to rents car. From 2-3 cars for rental, to their current fleet of lot cars. Nevertheless, my experience with them was superb right from the start. From fast replies, different types of car, quality of cars, affordable prices and flexibility in timing. Engines are well maintained. Professional customer service. Hassle free pickup and dropoff. Was looking to rent a car for my family over the weekends, and I wasn't so familiar with the procedures as this is my first time ever renting a car. I spoke to Bensley from Tay Automobiles, and his service was excellent.. He was very patient towards asking to all my questions and even guide me when I didn't know much about cashcard top ups as well.
