Rented a car from them, great service from them! I only had flashpay nets card and they were kind enough to loan me the chip cashcard as the car IU only allowed for the chip ones. Service was 10/10. The staff was very detailed when going through the procedures and patient with me and my questions 😅 The administrative matters were handled smoothly and promptly too so no worries on that part. I rented a mini cooper with them. I just got my license 2 weeks back & my first time driving on the real road yet they trusted me with this car. they even gave me tips & advice on how & what to expect on the road. I rented from Tay Automobiles during the CNY period. Spoke to Bensley and Eddie on different occasions - both are super friendly and highly responsive. The car I initially booked was not available and they were quick to offer me other alternatives. I was satisfied with the service, so I extended an additional few days after CNY.
