Rented a car from them, great service from them! I only had flashpay nets card and they were kind enough to loan me the chip cashcard as the car IU only allowed for the chip ones. I rented from Tay Automobiles during the CNY period. Spoke to Bensley and Eddie on different occasions - both are super friendly and highly responsive. The car I initially booked was not available and they were quick to offer me other alternatives. I was satisfied with the service, so I extended an additional few days after CNY.
