Efficient and helpful replies, was caught in the rain during collection and Bensley and Eddie were understanding to wait till I arrive. Car was good, had no issues with it, and could use it for what I need. Will definitely come back again to rent cars. - Felicia Tan

Rented a car with them over the weekends. The deal was very smooth. Salesman was polite and very professional. Rented car has no issue with it and is clean as well as comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others. - Ernest Tan Yushu

Great rental experience. Started with prompt respond by the owner, easy pick up and return by friendly attendant and I paid the quoted price, nothing more. Location is easy to get to. The car is well maintained and the price for my one week rental is very reasonable. -Rez Alw

Recommeded car rental service guys. Dealt with Charlson and his brother, everything was smooth despite my last min booking. Car was in good condition. Drove to jb without any problems. Price was very2 reasonble as compared to others. For those riders who intend to rent a car, the collection point have free parking for bikes(plus point). Will sure rent again. - Muhammad Ruzaini

Benz is extremely helpful and friendly as he pointed out the flaws on the car before handing it to me and he also helped me when I had questions. I was able to collect and return the car after office hours upon request and their office is also easy to find as it is a 5mins walk from Lavender MRT. I rented a Honda Jazz and it was easy to drive. 6 out of 5 would rent again - Bai Junxiang

Thank you for the excellent service Tay Automobiles. My husband and I rented Honda Jazz for a day. The car was properly maintained and clean and Charlson was very easy to liaise with. The price is very affordable. Now we know where to rent a car. We would definitely come back and recommend this to everyone! Thank you! - Dhita Dhit
