Rented Subaru Forester in Dec 2022 and Toyota Estima last weekend. Both Car is in good condition & a pleasure to drive. With Bensley, YJ and Mr Lim are super helpful! Collection & return were extremely smooth and fuss free! Very good experience and will definitely be renting again for another short weekend retreat in Malaysia. Rented twice with them, once for the weekend and once for a month. Both times was fuss free, convenient and easy. No hidden charges, everything was smooth. Clean and comfortable car. Rented a car w/ Tay Automobiles, they are swift in response and very professional. During handover to us, they informed on the condition of the car, which was very reassuring to me as my previous rental car experience from other companies was not very good. Bensley (my POC) told me to ask whatever qns i have and also to test the car first. I had a last minute change to another car as the one i wanted had some problems. This shows the honesty! We rented the car for 3 days with NO issues at all until handover back. I am SUPER impressed with Tay Automobiles and i would highly recommend them to my family/friends. The whole rental process and customer service from the staff of Tay Automobiles is really commendable. I rented the Honda Accord over the Deepavali weekend. Bensley guided me through the whole rental procedure and even provided tips on how to handle the car. Deposit was also immediately refunded within the same day of returning the car. I read lots of good reviews about their service so I was relieved to see that the recommendations were valid! Bensley patiently answered all my inquiries and did his best to meet the rental period and car type needs that I had. While the car I rented (a delightfully bright electric blue Suzuki Swift) has seen better days, it was still perfectly fine for driving and I experienced no difficulties with it. Rental prices are reasonable and service was excellent, so I will definitely be using this rental service again. =) - Charlotte, Rented Suzuki Swift

Our first time renting a car from Tay Automobiles to drive for Malaysia use. It was super last minute as our usual rental company didn't had any available cars hence, I found their contact online. Proceed to WhatsApp them and was greeted by Bensley who gave prompt and fast response and thank goodness they had an available car! Car rented was a Lancer and it was in good condition; had no issues. Deposit was returned on the same day when we returned the car.
