Rented a car for 1 month plus and the whole process from collecting to dropping off the car was a breeze. As a female driver, I was skeptical to rent a car as my sister has a bad experience with other companies. I texted Bensley at night to enquire for an available car but was told that my preferred choice is not available for the first 2 weeks. He suggested to take a substitute car first and exchange it to my preferred car in 2 weeks time. Upon collection, YJ brought me to the car and showed all the scratches and dents to take note off and take pic of it.I appreciate the transparency and felt assured. During my rental, I would text Bensley on any enquiries or issues that I have with the car and he would assist at anytime. When it was time to return the car, I just had to drop off the car key to YJ. When i realise that i left my passion card in the IU unit, YJ was kind enough to retrieve it back and send it at my brother’s shop. Overall i would highly recommend this rental. Incredible fuss-free experience! No bullshit and extremely flexible on the pickup/dropoff timing. Rented monthly for nearly half a year, stopped only because the vehicle type I wanted was not available. Their cars are mainly COE old ones but still fully functional and pretty reliable.
