Went to Pitstop this morning hoping to see Edmund, but he is not around till 1pm, was entertained by Ishark (hope correct spelling) and Sam, wonderful guys. Recommended Falken TZ04 for my SUV, cleaned my dirty rim, pump Nitrogen gas. Now I can feel my ride is so much lighter. Cheers to their superb service !!

Just had my set of tyres changed this afternoon at 4pm and was surprised to find it a busy day for them, being a Monday. Both the friendly and knowledgeable abangs had'nt had lunch (could see 2 pkts of food lying on the chair) but they were still in good spirits. They balanced my tyres and washed my rims inside out whilst my kid was on the internet. Chatted with Edmund and he's got nuggets of info on his trade which surprised me and also found out that he uses Indon-made tyres on his ride (no frills but does the job well) having worked there for sometime. All in, his prices are pretty reasonable when you factor-in the lifetime tyre rotation etc costing 30 bucks a pop (will be 4 times for me at least). With my new soles and shining rims, I left a well satisfied customer. Cheers to Edmund and Team.

I read with interest on the number of people who had visited this shop that is situated in the Caltex Station along Whitley Road. So many of them gave their 'thumbs up!' for the shop and so I went to experience myself as my Yoko tires are wearing out pretty badly on my Honda Stream. When I reached there, Edmund was so prompt in receiving me at the front of the shop and directed me to the ramp where he jacked up my car to see the tires! He immediately recommended a set of good tires for me when I told him my requirements! He was so friendly that he invited my family(who were with me coz we going out after the change of tires) inside his shop to look around and to help ourselves with free internet access and beverages! Talk about 1st class service man! Edmund then related to me about how he started his business and his purpose and was surprised that he is the only one in Singapore that could provide Nitrogen gas to pump all his customers' regardless of what car make/model. He wanted to do this for the luxury cars but he thought why not benefit the rest of the car community when he has the machine to do this! Aren't we blessed? For all your people searching for a good tire shop... no need to look any further, just go to Pitstop Tyres at Whitley Road, I guarantee you that you won't regret it! Where else can you get free Nitrogen fillups for your tires free and 1st class service provided by Edmund and his men?! (His men are so pro and dedicated to their job!)

Discovered the sidewall of one of my tyres on my daily drive had cracked. So went to Pitstop in my family car today looking for Bridgestone RE050s. Unfortunately, there was only 2 pcs available, albeit good condition. Edmund offered to throw in another 2 pcs of ok condition Toyo Proxes T1R at a good price. However, i dislike having 2 different brand/model of tyres on the same car. So Edmund recommended a set of 4 credible condition Dunlop DZ101 (yr of manufacture:2008) at a price i couldn't refuse. Best of all, his crew help me swapped out the current 050s from my family car to the Dunlops, and install my 050s onto a new set of rims i bought for my daily drive. All 8 tyres were filled with N2 gas and balanced. And Edmund further threw in free lifetime wheel balancing and N2 top-ups for BOTH cars! All these effort and freebies for the price i paid for just the 4 Dunlops. I had a great time there while i waited, chatting with Edmund and his tyre crew. Really fantastic deal that comes with friendly and great value for money service. Best of all, Edmund wasn't pushy about the tyres he wanted to sell, but actually listened to what i was saying and recommended credible alternatives. If you understand the kind of clientele patronising his pitstop, you'd be amaze that he even bothers with the value hunters like us. So kudos to him and his crew. Will definitely go back to him again when i get my next set of tyres. Thanks Edmund and crew!

Came in the afternoon to perform the wheel balancing & rotation + N2 top-up @ $30. Had to wait cause there are 2 BMW + 1 Lexus ahead of me. Edmund and team works effortlessly to get the car serviced. Overall, the ride was much more smooth and stable. Btw, I just drove my new Wish for a day and can immediately feel the handling difference. Highly recommended cheers !

Excellent service right from the beginning. Edmund patiently talks to me about tyres, his experience and his photos taken throughout his years in this industry while his staff are changing the tyres for me. My wife and toddler are both comfortable in the air-con waiting area where the reception is. Recommended a set of 4 Goodyear Eagle NPT5 tyres for my 2005 Peugeot 407SW which he again mentioned that Pitstop has the means to balance Peugeot tyres because of the investment he made on the machine to cater to the lack of the centre cap portion of each Peugeot rim. Coupled with a good service and patience to people like me who know nothing abt tyres and not driving any super luxurious cars, it is a comfort to patronize this merchant. With free nitrogen re-fill and puncture repair for its customers, I strongly recommend this store to anyone.

I went to Pitshop yesterday. Excellent tyre rotation & balancing done on my Peugeot 407 and tyres top-up with nitrogen gas. Only Pitshop have the equipment to balance Peugeot rims. Edmund is wonderfull, very knowledgeable and most willing to share his experience. I strongly recommend Pitshop Tyres to all drivers.

Thank you Edmund for explaining to my mum and I about tyres and rims. Went down last weekend after seeing the discount on pirelli tyres. He explained clearly to my mum about the benefits of having alloy rims rather than the steel rims and even offered to look out for rims for my opel. Will be back for the nitrogen top up and tyre rotation after 10k km. Thanks again!

Just visited the shop yesterday and got the Dunlop DZ101. Good price cum service! Edmund takes the time to offer me all the choices of tyres for my Honda Civic and not pushy. Thumbs Up for Edmund and his team. Do visit his shop if you need a set of new tyres.

Got my tyres replaced with Edmund(friendly chap). Wheel rotation being done and nitrogen was being filled up on my 4 tyres, although I purchased 2 tyres from him.
