Not easy to manage a team of young man. Edmund experience & Personal involvement defray any worry that one has when the kids work on the wheels. Good deal trading in my new wheels for a set of 19". He makes sure my concerns & Request r taken care of. Don't mind making 2 trips there. Besides saving, it's the knowledge that they did a good job.

Went down to Pitstop at 8.20 pm to look at a set of kick off tires. Prior to my visit, Anna patiently explained to me what is a kick off tires and introduced me to an array of models that fit my car, over the phone. She offered to check the stock availability and offered her advice on the various brands and models.

Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by Edmund. He wasted no time to recommend me a few sets of tires that will meet my specifications. It was after 3 - 4 recommendations, I settled down for a very good condition, traded-in tires. I was astonished that these tires are in such good condition!!!

I was impressed with their shop floor, which is very neat and tidy. No tools or loose items lying around. While waiting for the tire changing, Edmund and I talked a bit. I told him that I really liked his business idea to open his tire shop till 10 pm. Who would ever thought that the customers will only be available after office hours!!! And why are other shops closed at 6 pm?

Finally, my tires are installed and they were topped up with nitrogen and Edmund offered me free nitrogen top up every 4 months! Edmund and I exchanged handshakes before I drove off.

Two thumbs up!!! Edmund is Mr. Unbelievable.

Enquired about dunlop d05 17" After trade in with my almost new skyactiv mazda 3 rims and tyres.

Quoted me 600 nett cash after trade in.

However he advertised 158 per tyre on MCF.

You mean my brand 4 new rims and 100km tyres worth 32 bucks????

Purchased a new set of tyres during the Car Expo for my Trajet for only $400 per set. Tyre size 215/60/R16 Nexen NBlue HD (actually promotion is more than the price i get and managed to grab the last set of the offered tyres).

Schedule the installation of the tyres in May after pickup my Trajet from 2nd Hand car dealers. Almost the first to be there to install the tyres.

The location is easy to find and the reception area is cozy with handphone charging ports provided.

Walking thru their installation and see how they did the works is a breeze. They also provide free balancing and alignment for new tyres installation. Not to forget free car wash and vacuum services after installation.

Will recommend my friend to drop by if price is as cheap as i could get during the road show.

Service technician is also knowledgeable and also able to provide good information.

I just bought a set of Michelin PS3 after the sidewall of the Goodyear gave way after hitting a kerb. For the most part, the GY F1A2 was a pretty good tire: only once did it lose grip on hard cornering. It was comfortable and offered decent grip.
The PS3s are a different proposition altogether. Immediately better grip and more positive feedback and steering feel. Corners tighter and gives you more confidence. Reminiscent of the R888 I had earlier, but those wore out super quick.
PitStop Tires are the real deal: great place to chill on a hot day in aircon comfort, the shop is well equipped for tire installation, nitrogen filling, wheel alignment, and friendly service.
Highly recommended!

Edmund is most patient with my questions and offered me the best advice and price for my desired tyre model even without seeing me face to face. Checked around other dealers and his price is the best. Booked a slot for the next day and Edmund is there waiting as promised. Had all 4 tyres changed and balanced within 30 mins. good prices, great alignment machine

however was told that there will be lifetime tire repair and rotation/balancing, but after they took my old tires off and put the new ones in, they told me that mine was promotion items and the freebies does not apply

after that proceeded with the wheel alignment, where the technician broke my camber bolt and told me that the threads were damaged, I went to Kenny alignment today and showed him the damaged camber bolts and he feedback its most probably due to lack of experience from the technician, wrong method used.

Great environment! Airy and convenient! Prefer this place compared to the previous location at whitley!

Went today with my wife and look for Edmund for a set of used Prodrive rim for my wife BMW 320. He actually helped to measure my existing stock rims and we are so convinced that we need to change....

Service, as usual was great. Gave me a high trade in value... Can't believe I managed to get such good rim for such price man...

Was browsing the internet and reading about the good comments about PITSTOP. Went there and the great hospitality of Edmund left a good impression. Throughout the whole process, it was a very relaxing and comfortable experience. I was also advised that my previous tyre size was a misfit to my ride and the new tyres has indeed improve my car's road feel tremendously. I would definitely recommend my friends to PITSTOP for their tyre needs. Undoubtedly it will be my shop of choice when it comes to my next tyre change!

Brought my car in to have the tyres checked for my planned long distance drive in the school holidays. Edmund was quick to point out that the rears were running too thin.
As my car's tyres are an odd size, he needed to order in tyres for me. He had suggested Kumhos or the more expensive Michellins or Bridgestones. There was a huge difference in the price but then we came up with a compromise and got a set of Toyos ordered in.
Came back another day and had everything fixed up in an hour while having a TCSS session with Edmund!
The T1Sports seem to ride quieter and with no more tramlining compared to my old tyres. Have not pushed as the weather was terrible and traffic crawling. Steering feel is sharper and lighter too at the same tyre pressures.

Brought my foreign registered MASERATI granturismo over for new tyres change.
Paid over $2k for new sets of tyres.
The workshop in my opinion was SMALL and NARROW.
I have never seen a smaller workshop like that.
Passed by Hurry Tyres afterwards and it seems that they have better space.
Overall the service was okay.
However I wish there could be better improvement communication wise.
Being a first time customer and newbie when it comes to new tyres, I was treated in an ignoring way.
I have to press Edmund hard for information about tyre pressure, duration of change, and gas refill frequency.
He seemed however very busy and engaged all the time.
In the end I have to ask other staffs several times to get reassurance.
I wished I was fed with more info about that instead of other "kiasu" conversation about car prices. LOL
Also due to extremely tight space, it was a BIG hassle reversing car out of the tyre bay while nobody CARE to look out for your car.

Edmund......Thanks again for the good value package you made for the Pirelli tires & battery for my Mitsubishi Outlander. I am pleased with the performance of Pirelli Scorpion Verde given the good experience I have with my CRV.
The GoodYear EfficiencyGrip tires were way too soft for a SUV.

Changed the tyres for both my Audi A6 and Honda Stepwgn to the Pirelli Cinturato P7s. No regrets at all and Edmund and his team have been extremely helpful. They are all very friendly and met his wife and daughter who also entertained my wife and I while we were waiting for the tyres to be changed.

One of the few shops I have no hesistation in recommending to my friends.
