My first impression when talking to him through phone, was that of coarse man. Met him personally at his shop to fit a set of 2nd tyres and found him a cheery plump man and greeted me warmly and who could indulge in friendly conversation on tyres. He is professional in his trade and pointed out that he treats his customers with the same service level regardless of status be it driving a Lamb or Proton sagas. Pricewise, he reduced his price to my satisfaction. Hope to patronize him when buying a new set of rubbers in future.

heard good reviews so decided to go see see... apparently, the uncle there wan to chop carrot head. see my car got 1 tyre punctured quote me $135 a tyre. somemore hard sell by telling his mechanic to jack up the car (trying to make it harder for me to reject). still i say no, i know $135 is too much for falcon tyres he quoted. i dun understand y some bros here say he dun hard sell and v professional. in my opinion, he is damn unprofessional. anyone tat loves being carrot head can go there. for me, i wont go again bad tyre shop.

Just change a new set of Mit PS3 rubbers from PitStop. Good Price! Good Service! No hard selling! Edmund is simply a guy who's an extreme car lover, and of cuz, expert in tyres! unless due to some unforeseen circumstances, i guess i'll be a permanet "PitStop" regulars liao...

Visited Edmund today after making some enquires with regards to his tires, met him in person, and was immediately captivated by his friendly and cheerful spirit. He answered my questions patiently and even took time to explain to me the difference of Nitrogen gas vs normal compressed air. Was impressed with his workers as well, cheerful and professional, and i was really impressed that they took the effort to wash the interiors of each rim and tire. I purchased the set of used tires from him. Overall a extremely good experience. I would highly recommend Edmund and the Pitstop crew to all!

Wanted to change tyres at pitstop afew months ago,only get to visit them today(busy with kids,exam), never regret going there. Edmund and June are always so down to earth,simple and sincere people,staffs are also so pro in thier job. Ended up with 04 Continental tyres. Most importantly,my wife was very satified(haha,MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL).Though i stay in Yishun,i think it's ok driving there for good services and value for $. Will go back again.

Very friendly and helpful service. Edmund is very straight forward and knowledgeable (rims/tyres/different types of bolts), and even even gave discounts without me asking .. what can I say?

Went there today with the intend to change my 17" tyres but surprise find of the day was a set of used M replica rims with used Goodyear F1 Asymmetric (90%) for my E60. Reasonable price, friendly and sincere service from Edmund and his staff. No pressure or whatsoever. After confirming the deal, second surprise of the day was that his wife and mine (as well as myself) were ex-school mates - small world but no further discount because of this haha!! Anyone who has any rims or tyres needs should check them out first. I know my wife will be bringing her MPV there soon!

Went there for fender rolling and end up the roller damaged my wheel arch. Paint chipped off and exposing bare metal. My last trip there. So disappointed.

Upgraded my Merc C Class rim/tyre to 18" few weeks ago, with Pitstop. Excellent product + Professional service (wheel balancing / changing). Highly recommended!

Fantastic service. Friendly workers and boss. Even though i bought 2nd hand tires at dirt cheap price service is still up to standard, wash all rims thoroughly and shine tires. Thumbs up.

Went down after reading the good reviews. Indeed the service was excellent and staff are friendly. Not pushy and provide good advice. Patient people and willing to listen to your needs. A rare pleasant trip to a workshop. Took my new ride to the shop and found that the existing rear tires were bald. instead of pushing me to change all four tires, Ishak helped me to find two good used tires at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Went down to Pitstop Tyres to check out their services. Indeed, Edmund and the 2 'abangs' are sincere people who gives good customer service. Friendly n knowledgeable, no pressure selling and I actually learn a thing or two about tyres n rims [^.^] Hope to get the 16" rims before they are sold out.

traded in my comfort tyres for the 595 evo, good grip and not noisy.. good price also.
