Saw an ad yesterday for a tyre, from the moment i called to the moment i went down to get my tyres changed, no regrets. Friendly boss, service is excellent and not to mention price is superb. Rims polishing, tyre balancing & installation at no additional cost! Highly recommended. Located at caltex petrol station along whitley road. Saw the advertisement on mycarforum on 17" original Honda Stream rims with Yokohama DB tyres and sms Mr. Edmund to availability. He was very prompt in his response and informed me to come to take a look on Saturday or Sunday in fear that they might be snatched due to the good deal. However, I was not able to go to his shop on the weekends. Subsequently, I enquired again on Monday and the rims were not sold yet. Went to Edmund's shop and he was very courteous and friendly. He deserves my commendation on excellent service renderred by him and his workers. The workers help me to clean my old Modulo rims and placed them neatly into the car. They even have free N2 refill for the next visit. I strongly recommend anyone to go to his shop to get the best deal as well as 5 stars service from him and his crew!

My tires were due for a change, so decided to head down to Pitstop to get them changed. They had a good price for the Michelin PS3, so I decided to get them. I've been monitoring the prices for PS3, so when Pitstop had their CNY promo, I knew it was a good deal... Service at Pitstop was excellent, and it's all due to Edmund's colourful and friendly personality. He entertained us (there was another customer and his friend) with his annecdotes and stories. He's also very knowledgable abt cars and tires and I learnt a lot from him (esp abt runflats and turbo vs NA). There's free coffee, wifi, and a PC for surfing in his cosy corner. Check out his "Raging Bull" mooncakes too.... Still, the most important aspect is about getting the job done, and in this aspect, Edmund and his guys excelled. They took good care in handling my rims, washing them thoroughly, filing down my kerb rash, checking that they were balanced properly. They even put a cardboard under the rims when it was on the floor, so that it wouldn't scratch. They even noticed that the threads on the wheel bolt were slightly worn... That's attention to detail for you... Plus the fact that there's free tire rotation, balancing, nitrogen topup and rims washing.... Just make sure you're not rushing for time... One final word... The PS3 are worth every cent... World of difference from my earlier tires... No regrets getting them...

My rear tyre puncture at PIE on sat afternoon and was tow to the nearest petrol station by EMAS recovery truck and it was there i met up with Edmund from Pitstop. He is a very friendly guy and assisted me to get my tyre check. Sad to say my tyre was beyond repair so asking for his opinion he recommended to change as my tyres was already 4 yrs old. I decided to get the Michelin XM1 and get it replace within 1/2 an hour. Althought his shop was pack at that time but his services to everyone is equal. This shop is highly recommended and i will sure pass around good words to my friends. See u again Edmund and Happy Chinese New Year to u and your staffs. Cheers.

Looking at all the good reviews for Pitstop, I decided to head down to take a look. When I arrived, Edmund came out to greet me and asked me what I needed. I needed to replace my 4 year old tyres. It was my bad that I didn't call him up before I went down, because he didn't have stock for my Kia Picanto (165/60). Also, decided to go for the 175/60 as he recommended it for better stability and handling. Took up his offer to change and went back the next day for replacement. Service was quick (20 min) and good. Sat in a nice waiting place while works were being done. After driving off, I didn't regret coming down to get my tyres replaced here. Super friendly and knowledgeable boss (Edmund). He has a great crew too. Excellent service overall. Highly recommended!! I will definitely come back if I need another replacement set of tyres.

I took up his offer to change a set of Michelin and his promise that the moment i drive off, i would feel the different in the quality. And he was spot on. The feel of the tyre is great. Thumbs up for the great service. Pitstop will be the only tyre shop i go to from now on.

Went into the shop asking for Edmund as per many of the people here. It was Xmas Eve so I guess everyone was in the mood. Changed my Tyres and Edmund explained the other services that come with buying from his shop. I have to say that if you were to look for the cheapest deal, probably this may not be the place. But taking into account the afterservices that he would provide, this is really bang for the buck. Definitely a superb place!

Went there yesterday. It was very obvious from the beginning that they were there to serve the customer. There were no assumptions, car was jacked up and checked. Being worried that I was going to get "chopped", my fears were put to rest as I was continuously assured that the checks were FOC. All I paid was $30 for the rim washing and nitrogen fill. Good service and value for money!

Called up Edmund today as I was looking to replace my ear-deafening tyres. The friendly boss over the phone invited me to swing by to take a look at his available tyres. In less than 30mins, I was there making my selections. As I was on a tight budget, Edmund offered me a set of almost brand-new Federal and took in my crappy rubbers for an attractive offer I couldn't resist! Assuring me the new sets of rubbers will not make me deaf over time. Viola! We closed on the deal. Edmund is a friendly boss who shares his vast knowledge in rims and with his pool of customers of reputable cars which many of us would dream of, this is a MUST checkout place if you are thinking of changing your rims or rubbers. First when I saw the advert this morning, i rang up Edmund to check on the price of the Goodyear F1 Asymmetric. Went down this afternoon to change my tires and i am impressed by the great service rendered by Edmund. It is definite that he knows what he is selling and with the vast knowledge and experience he has in this industry. Thumbs up!

Thought of trying the Michelin Pilot Sport 3, so went searching around for great deal. And happened to see PitStop advert in ebay, so decided to SMS Edmund (the boss). He told me that the advert was an old one and the price had went up but he is willing to do a trade-in of my old 18" Yokohama ADVAN SPORT for that price. Therefore, I accept the deal & ask him to reserve for me. 3 days later, I went down to his shop. First impression of his shop was a bit small and only have 1 ramp. But thought of that, some places don't even have the ramp. Normal tyre shop only use jack instead. So they got my car on the ramp and took out all my rims carefully to change to PS3. In the mean while, Edmund share with me on his experiences in Germany and his knowledge about tyre. Very impressive indeed. Overall Service was OK, worth the time and effort. Reasonable price. But got to see his after service when I go back to top-up my nitrogen.

Following all the positive reviews, I did some prices comparisons and decided to go there. Good contact by phone where prices given quickly. Went there the next day to change all tyres and service was great. People friendly and no issue at all. I recommend as well.
