Bought my new tyres from PitStop. Great service and price for my Kumho tyres. With lifetime 4 in 1 free service and 24hours operating hours, it is fantastic deal especially for me who knock off only after 8pm. Great location as well. Just outside PIE. If only the gas station is Esso instead of caltex, so I can pump petrol. Guess thats too much to ask... :)

i wanted new rims for car i bought 2nd hand. sent an email describing what i wanted. edmund wrote back the next morning with pictures of what he recommended. i drove in the next day and he put them on, traded in my old rims and a set of new csc3's in 45min. the shop also has wifi so i could connect back to the office!

My Scirocco tyres CSC 2 had lost its usage n was tend for a change. Rang up the shop owner Edmund and he intro me to an Italian Brand Tyre Marangoni. Went to Pitstop and got it change. changed to 245/40 R18 97Y. Service was excellent. Edmund was friendly n went chatting about. Thanks for the free coffee Edmund!!! haha... Technicians were great. did wheel balancing, handled my resprayed rims with care. What can i say??? Two thumbs up for Pitstop. Thats not all.. The wheels introduced by Edmund was unbelievably good. superb handling, great grip and precise cornering even though the tyres have run in... Highly recommend to any car users to get their wheels changed at Pitstop for great service n good price...

Overall pleasant and fast service Just a note, please educated the use of the torque wrench..its not only for super cars and ceramic brakes theory. cheerS!

Had a puncture on Sat and drove to Pitstop before realising they were closed. Went to balestier and after patching up, they told me i should change the tyre as the puncture was near side wall. Went to Pitstop next day and staff was professional in assessment. He said it would be a waste of $ to change to new tyres as the repaired one was useable. He filled my tyres with nitrogen (at no cost) and suggested i check the pressure regularly. I was impressed with the professionalism without the sales pitch; they are more keen in building long term cust r'ships. Confirm will go back when i have to change tyres. Highly recommended !

Read so many good feedbacks about Pitstop Tyres from the website of sgCarMart, so I decided to drop by as I thought my bumpy Michelin tyres needed replacement. Thankfully I dropped by at the right timing and was attended to promptly by Edmund himself. ne look and he declared my tyres were still in good condition and usable, just a little old and hard, but still very usable. Offered his Nitrogen fill service which was at a very reasonable rate. I guess if I went to other shops, I would be advised instantly to change my tyres. But not for Edmund! Anyway, while his pleasant staff were attending to my tyres, chatted with Edmund and learnt more about tyres and care from him and he was ever willing to share and 'educate' me as I was totally clueless about all these stuff (being a relatively new lady driver). In the end, I was so impressed that I just had to grab Edmund's offer (he was just offering, not hard selling) of 4 brand new 15" Falken tyres with 4 sporty rims at just $680 ('Because I guess he could sense that I was on a budget?). His cheerful staff performed the change very efficiently and with such camaraderie that you'll feel very assured that it will be a job well done. Best thing is there is lifetime Nitrogen fill and Edmund personally pasted the decal in my car. And true to his word, I really 'flew' with my new tyres! Once again, Thanks Edmund and team and I will be back in 2 months time for my Nitrogen fill.

Went down to Pitstop yesterday to enquire about their tyre promotions, and also to gauge for myself about all the positive feedback and comments members are leaving for this company. I was immediately greeted with friendly smiles from their staff, helpful and not pushy about what tyres would suit my ride (as I wasn't sure what to get). They patiently explained the nos./alphabets on tyres, and about nitrogen gas in tyres. Got a great deal for 4 Marangoni tyres that come with free lifetime tyre patching if punctured & nitrogen top-ups and also tyre rotation every 10k (they even washed my rims before fitting tyres on) Waited in air-con comfort of their office with free usage of their desktop computer and internet access. Met the boss (Edmund) who was very experienced and genuinely friendly. Thumbs Up for this shop - had a great experience with them. And don't forget to save their no. on your mobile coz they are open 24hrs except Sun/PH.

No pressure..got my set of p6 pirelli tyres at 480 nett with free tyre rotation every 10k (up to 40k) and free nitro gas top up every month and tyre checking as well...staff know the products, professional and not pushy. Highly recommended.

Got a new set of Falkens for my 5 y.o. Mazda 2. The boss was friendly, the crew seemed to know what they were doing. Tyres were fresh stock. Keep it up, Edmund.

My tyres are due for replacement and with all the positive comments I read about Pitstop, decided to give them a call. My car uses the less common R14 tires and when I called up, Edmund answered the phone. He explained to me the stock he has (Falken and Michelin) and invited me to drop by to take a look. No hard sell tactics and was very patient throughout the call. On the same night, I dropped by at Pitstop and met Edmund. He was patient in understanding my needs and suggested the cheaper Falken. Again, no attempts to try to sell the more expensive Michelin, which I appreciate as he recommends based on customer's needs. The replacement was completed in 30 minutes. During this time, Edmund was with me in the office chatting. I am a very new driver and asked him many questions which he answered all of them with patience. Edmund also explained to me their 4-in-1 service for their customers and even personally put up their decal on my windscreen as identification of Pitstop's customer. Throughout the whole period at Pitstop, he was very patient with my countless questions though he had not taken his dinner (it was 8 plus at night). Overall, I would say that Edmund had given me a very pleasant experience for my first tire change. I would definitely go back to him for my future tire replacement and will also recommend him to my friends and relatives that needs to have their car tires replaced.

Changed my tyres this afternoon. Met Edmund for the first time and already he gives me the good vibes. Very friendly and he explained the other services that come with buying from his shop. Very Professional in the way they handle my tyres/rims... They balanced my tyres and washed my rims inside out. Taking into account the after services that he would provide, this is really bang for the buck. Value for money and I will recommend this shop to my friends etc. Definitely a superb place! Kudos to Edmund and Team.

I had mis-matched tyres on my swift due to 2 of them being punctured (so i replaced 2) and since I'm going on a long drive soon, was shopping around for new rubber in preperation for my Malaysia drive. Saw the tyre shop at this caltex and went in initially without the intention to buy anything. Edmund and Ishak was very patient and was scouring through their inventory to see what was suitable for my car. Ended up purchasing 4 Pirelli P6s for them. Pricing was pretty good! Better than most other shops offered and the added on services of lifetime nitro fill up and free rotation/balancing sort of sealed it for me. Car was hoisted up and carefully worked on. All 4 wheels were balanced and given a thorough wash and they even told me to inspect my car after everything was done before signing off. What I liked was that Edmund gave full quote of the price. No sneaky quotes w/o GST and "cash only" or "credit card add x%" nonsense. Will recommend to friends. I'm also considering driving my parent's car to change tyres as well. Saw an ad pertaining to 2nd tyres... Call them and the boss, Edmund, answered and was super nice and friendly. I have explained to him that I am unable to go down straight within the same dayand requested him to reserved the set of tyres for me... Was indeed surprised that he is willing to reserved it for me... I went down the next day and was indeed SUPER impressed with their service... ESP the 2 staff who help me change and wash my rims... You know who you are... Kudos to you guys!!!! By the way, my ride is the yellow combo with the tyres badly worn off...
