- Monday night went to Pitstop to change "botak" tyres with a posibilty to change to new rims. - Greeted by one of their staff and let my intention known for my coming. - Then came Edmund, discussing about rims selection. I got a lot of headache from selecting bcoz its almost a solid 2hrs of deciding. Seriously guys, Edmund and his man made no hard-selling. (I hate hard-sellers) - I began to show a few designs that i like with specific finish/colours. I told him that i trust him in selecting the rims to base on my liking. Paid 50% deposit, left the shop and waiting for his sms when the rims and tyres are ready. - Tuesday afternoon receive a sms from Edmund stating that my wheels are ready and he chose a beautiful unique rim for me. I didn't know if it sound sincere after that 2hrs of decision making. - Came to Pitstop at around 1am after work and greeted by Zali. He told us that Edmund has went back home. "sigh..." - He show me and my wife to our new wheels and we are very AMAZED n STUNNED that it was beautiful, 2 toned finish and simply out of my expectation! We love our new wheels! Totally unexpected service from Edmund and his crew! Awesome!

went there to check it out the kumho 17' promotion with a $99 dollar servicing voucher and it also come with free nitrogent LIFETIME, Free rotation and balance, free puncture repair LIFETIME, and they wash my rims in and out.Kudos to pitstop tyre and its crew..The one and only tyre shop i would go.

bought a set of used rims, and discover it was rewelded after being damaged... pitstop didnt inform me... :( tires not balanced properly, car vibrate :( bad experience....

Just have my tires change at Pitstop, the boss Edmund was not around but greeted by the friendly staff. Carefully remove and replace without a scratch on my new rim....suprise. Uncle Ishak, he was so patient to unscrew, retread and tighten my right front tyre due to cross tread of the wheel studs. Without his alertness, I may facing a big issue which may cause of an accident. Thank you so much Uncle Ishak. Pitstop will be my 1st recommendation.

Happen to chance upon this 24hrs tyre shop when searching for Kumho KU31 tyres. Called them to check stock availabilty of the tyres n was enlightened by the staff abt their service. Decide to drop by arnd 1am n was greeted by the friendly boss. Shop is kinda full n gotta wait for my turn in the waiting room with other customers whom i found out were regulars. Both the boss n 3 other staffs were very friendly n pleasant even though it's at 1am in the morning. Checked out the range of rims n tyres they carry n the prices they offered were much lower than some other shops that i used to frequent n they dun beat arnd the bush when they talked abt their products n services n no hard-sell methods as used by some other shops pushing other products which u dun need. Overall I'm a satisfied customer n would recommend them to my cargroup frnds n family.

Was recommended to this tyre shop by my brother in law and was impressed by this good feedback here... So, I went down and replaced my old Bridgestone for a set of Kumho. Very good service by Edmund - had a great chat with him about cars and tyres in his comfy office while the mechanics changed the tyres. Everything was done and ready to go in less than 30 minutes... The mechanics were efficient and careful with my car and the tyres were fresh and new (09/12) - I think we have all heard of merchants who are still selling first hand 2010 tyres and calling them "NEW"... The next time I need a new set of tyres, I will be at Pitstop!

Dropped by at about 11+pm and is very impressed with Edmund's service! Initially came in for change of my front 2 tyres since they're due for change, and also since 1 of them punctured. Recommended me suitable tyres at very reasonable pricing. Very sincere and honest, no hard-selling, so in the end i changed all 4 instead. Took about 30mins or less to change all 4 tyres carefully with rotating and balancing, very efficient! Thanks Edmund and team!

At first wanted to do rotation and balancing of my 30k, less than 2 years, made in japan tyre. The technicians noticed that the front inner track is badly worn out. For safety Edmund suggested to do change and recommended the types which he is using on his car. He didn't recommend expensive tyres that is why I didn't hesitate much to change. Plus the lifetime 4 in1. Highly recommended.

Intended to change my tyres later in October, however did not notice that my rear ones were almost worn-out. Edmund gave me a good deal as I was a repeat customer and my tyres are the ones that he uses on his vehicle - so what's good for the bossman is good enuff for me. As usual, his guys are an affable lot - pleasant, knowledgeable and top-notch in service. If you want a straight shooting, technically savvy and practical person's advice without the BS, Edmund's the man!

Upon reading all the rave reviews about Pitshop, I decided to give it a try without any second thoughts. Lo and behold, it really befits all the 91 5 star reviews. I arrived at about 1030pm and was greeted by the man himself Edmund with " Yes brother, what can I do for you?" One can feel his hospitality from a mile away, I was very lucky indeed. Prices were very reasonable and Pitstop does not charge extra if you pay by credit cards, unlike other workshops(3% sound familiar?) I got a very gd deal, trading in my old tyre and rims, for new ones. Edmund is always ready to share his knowledge, be it on tyre and cars, it made waiting for my car to be done a breeze. It really has been the best experience I had in any workshop, kudos to Edmund and his excellent crew, great coffee too(My Gf loved it). I highly recommend Pitstop to everyone, driving any make. I for sure will not go to anywhere else after today. It's the real deal, believe it.

just now drop by 11pm+ and lucky to catch Edmund before he go off. He gave me a very good price for my 17" trade-in which i cannot resist. Got a good Xmas sale of 18" + CSC3 with many future services included. He might sound loud but don't be mistaken as fierce or rude. In fact, he is doing his best to share his knowledge and advise you. Haha!
