Had meant to post this a few weeks ago but only had time till now...suppose it's better late than never...

I changed my tyres at Pitstop at the end of last year, after doing some research and heeding the positive feedback from fellow users of this forum. The price was competitive and reasonable while the service was professional and efficient.

I had revisited a few times since for the complimentary topping of nitrogen gas of the tyres. During one such visit about three weeks ago, the staff who helped to top up the gas suspected that one of the rear tyres could be punctured. He removed and inspected the tyre and bingo there was a tiny nail stuck on to it. He then proceeded to patch up the tyre, and also took time to advise how I could monitor the tyre and bring the car back so that he could apply other repair options if necessary.

All these without requiring me to fork out additional $$$, delivering the after-sale support for the tyres promise Pitstop made at point of purchase.

Thank you and I'll not hesitate to recommend anyone to get their tyres replaced at Pitstop.

Went down to buy a set of Kumho's for my Latio at about 9:30PM, Friday night (closing time 10PM, came so late due to my busy schedule). The staff greeted me and were very friendly and hospitable. They are very professional when giving advice. They told me that my battery is about to die, talked to the manager, gave discounts and boom!...ended up changing the battery as well. On top of that, they had a promotion of giving a free oil servicing and engine wash when u buy a set of Kumhos. Not to mention the free nitrogen refills, puncture repairs and tyre rotations. They did the tire change, battery change, oil servicing and engine wash in less than 2hrs...staff even went on OT just to get my car done. And I paid just $500 for all these great stuff! Isn't that a steal? Great value for $$$! Excellent job Pitstop Tyres! I am definitely coming back for my next servicing. See you in 10,000 kms! :D

Had four Pirelli Tyres fitted at a real good price. Change of engine oil and brake pads . Extremely satisfied with the whole process. Definitely a workshop that we can rely on. Many thanks for reviving our little red GT Edmund, June and staff.

Changed to Pirelli P Zero Rosso for a great package recently - customer service was excellent, as always. Edmund seems to have the time to engage in conversation even though there were 4 different customers. But the best part is that he ensures constant supervision of his workers in proper handling of tyres and rims. You have a loyal customer here Pitstop.

Just changed all 4 tyres to Goodyear F1 A2 today. Was recommended by a good friend to Pitstop. Boss Edmund is very friendly, gave a good trade-in deal. Ended up saving almost 50% compared to my previous tyre shop near Newton Circus.

Edmund is a 25-year industry veteran, oozes superior knowledge & confidence. He gave a great deal of added value & I learnt a lot of car-related stuff from just chatting with him. He is busy, but never curt or rude. My family had a great time in his shop chatting with him, his wife (provided my kids with home-baked cookies!), receptionist (sis-in-law) & staff. Even made friends with other customers.

Now raising funds for a new set of TSW forged rims which has already gotten full approval from the Missus.

In summary, a world of difference compared to said previous tyre shop. I'm thankful we've found each other: he, a loyal customer; I, a great service provider. Pitstop is no. 1 on my list of tyre & rim shops to recommend to one and all.

Just had a set of tyres installed. Very good price and proper service. Overall a great value.

Went there last saturday to enquire about 18" rims, tyres. The person in charge,Edmund was patient and friendly to do his recommendation.But finally i change to 17" Pierelli tyres cos no stock for the 18" rims i like.Battery change to BOSH S5.Prices for the tyres is reasonable, but for the batteries is on the high side at $200 .Able to to ge $175 for the exxact model.

Last Saturday (11-5-13) went to change 4 tyres of CPC5 and was attended by Mr Edmund. My whole family was asked to sit at the lounge making ourselves comfortable. My 2 kids was asked to enjoy the computer games. I felt the warmness and the sincerity of Edmund and will recommend by friends and relatives to change tyres there.

My ride left with 1-year and I wanted to get 2pcs of pre-owned tyres. My first time experience with Pit-stop was excellent. Edmund sms replied to my online queried within the same day. I was in a hurry and his business was brisk but I still manage to get the tyres changed in about an hour. It took a bit longer because he was honest to point out that the tyres I originally wanted was bulging. And offered me another set without charging extra. When I read so many good reviews, I was a bit skeptical at first. I am pleasantly surprise with the overall results. Thank you Edmund and your crew for your good service and giving me the peace of mind on my ride.

I had a Honda Odyssey and when it came to change of tyres, Kah Motor quoted me $220/tyre for a Bridgestone 215/55 R17 tyre, which is on promotion, but it doesn't include labour and GST. I called Pitstop for a 2nd opinion, they quoted me $215 nett, regular price, all inclusive of labour and GST, plus free servicing and nitrogen refills for the lifetime of the tyre! It is a no-brainer.

But it doesn't stop there, they suggested a better option, a Pirelli Scorpion STR which is on promotion, for $150 nett! What a bargain. I am not shopping anywhere else in future!

Just changed 4 pieces of Pirelli Cinturato P7 yesterday. Went there around 6pm and all settled within an hour. No hard selling. Sincere and good service !!
